He's very direct in communication and is technical. Definitely the type of person you want on your side holding builders accountable. I have a good build team, but having someone who notices even small mistakes gives you great reassurance for a quality build. I chose to use him for all three of my inspections, this being the first, I've only expect the same from him going forward.
Ricky did an inspection on my new build after I have lived in the house for 10 months. He was respectful of our home and did a great job. I will recommend him to others.

Ricky was great to work with. I would recommended him to friends and family. His communication is very professional and his inspection process is thorough.
