Got my mount back today and it turned out awesome. Was down here just over a year ago. Was my first time doing a hunt like this with a guide and I enjoyed it way more than expected. Staff and all the guides were great and the food was delicious. Had some minor issues in the taxidermy part but Jordan helped us out and made things right for us. I'd give it 5 stars for just that alone. Thank you Jordan and rest of the team for a great hunt and memories.

I cannot say more good things about Texas Hunt Lodge! My dream hunt was to harvest a big aoudad ram, and after months of looking through options, we decided to come to Texas Hunt Lodge. From the minute we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The people were kind. The hunt was amazing and fun. We were able to harvest our rams and mine was the ram of a lifetime. The food was unbelievable.
I cannot recommend Texas Hunt Lodge enough. If you have been considering them for your hunt, you will not regret it!

Just got back from my second trip to Texas Hunting Lodge. The Staff and Lodging are amazing and animal quality is even better. Highly recommend you checking out the Texas Hunting Lodge for any of your exotic animal needs along with Whitetail. I will be back next year.

Once again we had the privilege to stay at Texas Hunt Lodge for 2 weeks. Marc and Jordan went the extra mile for us to get the best possible trophies. We really enjoyed our time and harvested some nice animals with our bows. Thanks to Lisa, the chef, who provided us with very tasty home cooked meals which we enjoyed everyday. Accommodation was very comfy and we will definitely go back next year! We enjoyed the Texan hospitality!

Hi Jordan
You and your staff did an amazing job having everything in great shape considering the flood that devastated the small town.
Mr. Hill, the guide, made the hunt fun and he worked hard at helping me and my son harvest an elk.
The cook, Lisa I believe, made very good meals and did her best to take care of the hunters.
The accommodations, equipment (truck, trailer, skinning and quartering area) were all excellent.
It was a fun hunt.

Texas hunt Lodge is Five Star All The Way the Outfitter and the guides we're all top notch the food and lodging were Beyond expectations my wife and I went for our anniversary and it made it a memorable experience for our lifetime. Something we will share forever. Our guide Mark made sure my trophies were all mature and above average trophies. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Texas hunt Lodge to anybody without hesitation. We couldn't believe the way we were taken care of and the attention to detail. Something we will never forget and we're already looking forward to rebooking. Ready to make more memories with these guys their a great bunch of people couldn't ask for any better. Texas hunt lodge is a 10/10! Jake, Mark, and Justin were fantastic guides! They did a great job start to finish, from guiding to setting up taxidermy and meet processing. They are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The lodge and rooms were beautiful and clean. The food was amazing! And the hunting was great! Will definitely be back for more. Definitely made memories that will last a lifetime!

Absolutely fantastic experience at Texas Hunt Lodge! From the moment I arrived, it was clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered in the room. After a long day spent on the river across the street, I was greeted by the most phenomenal bedding—so comfortable and inviting! The staff truly made the stay memorable, being incredibly prompt to respond to any inquiries and exceptionally accommodating. Their hospitality went above and beyond, making me feel right at home. We stayed here while in town for our wedding & loved it! Check in & out was so easy, the cabin was lovely and it had great access to the river across the street for our wedding photos!

As an avid hunter and guide myself, I hold outfitters to a high standard — and Texas Hunt Lodge delivered on all fronts. Everything went smoothly from booking with Jordan to the hunt itself with my guide, Marc. The process was seamless, and both were professional and easy to work with.
I booked an axis hunt and couldn’t be more impressed. The hunt was well-organized, and Marc clearly knew what he was doing — knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about the hunt.
The lodging was clean, comfortable, and had that classic Texas charm. What really stood out was the home-cooked food — hands down some of the best meals I’ve had on any hunt.
I’ll definitely be booking again soon and highly recommend Texas Hunt Lodge to anyone looking for a quality hunting experience.

I’m not a hunter but came along with my boyfriend, and I have to say—Texas Hunt Lodge exceeded all expectations! The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Fantastic experience. Justin (our guide) gave us quite the adventure on both of our hunts, working his tail off to deliver, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Plus, the hospitality at the lodge made us feel very welcome and well taken care of. They feed you very well, and Lisa (their cook) is an absolute gem. We were sad when it was time to leave, but we'll definitely return in the future. Can't wait for the next adventure!
