Very bad experience and pathetic service with agent Jayanti from KARAMA Dubai. She is very rude with the customers doesn't know how to talk and giving wrong information about the payments and charging more money without any calculation and is hesitant to give any correct explanation for the same. Worst service ever experienced in Dubai. Very unprofessional behavior. Never contacting this agency again.
