I had an amazing coffee tasting experience at Terrua Cafe and absolutely loved it. The experience was well organized, welcoming, and incredibly informative. I learned so much about Peruvian coffeeâfrom the different ways of fermentation and flavor profiles to how processing methods affect taste. The guide was knowledgeable and passionate, which made the tasting both fun and engaging. The coffee itself was excellent, with a great variety to sample, and I really appreciated being guided on how to properly smell, taste, and compare each cup. It gave me a whole new appreciation for Peruvian coffee and the work that goes into producing it.
