Interesting, Worthwhile and a Tad Eerie
A great way to see Cambridge and learn some interesting history. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and entertaining, with a suitably understated British manner. Just enough of a spooky vibe to justify the name of the tour. This was a memorable part of our trip to England.
Did the Ghost tour in Oxford which we really enjoyed. The tour guide, Josh, was knowledgeable and made it interesting and fun. Our group had a real laugh. The tour covers all sorts, history, the city, the colleges, former pupils and spooky things too. Definitely recommend this! It’s great!
We did the Oxford Ghost Tour with Joel and it was full of interesting facts about the general history of the city as well as the more horrifying details. Great pub tips at the end too! Highly recommended.
I can't remember the last time I did a walking tour but something about the Terrible Tours of Cambridge ~ Curious Cambridge, seemed to good to pass up! A friend and I were staying a few nights in Cambridge and neither of us had any experience with the town, but knew that we wanted to learn about it. Our tour guide, Peter, was fantastic. Even though it was just the two of us for his 'group' tour that day, he went above and beyond to give us a great time touring around Cambridge and even tailored it to our interests (literature, science, and history). We learned so much from him and he really made the history of the town come alive! He also managed to answer all of our questions, no matter how esoteric, and engaged us in lively discussion about everything. If you've never been to Cambridge before or if you have but have never done a walking tour, please consider Curious Cambridge! I really can't recommend it enough and know that anyone will benefit from taking one of their walking tours! Five stars!
A wonderful experience!

Great Experience with Alex, a Great Tour Guide
An incredible tour which ticked all the right boxes. An enthusiastic and passionate tour guide, entertaining content, and incredible sights. Our guide was helped at one pont with a local heckling that the Corpus Clock will just tell the time. Alex showed good humour in the circumstances. Even though there were 25 on our tour Alex made sure we could all hear him on a very busy Saturday evening. A wonderful way to spend an hour and a half exploring spooky Cambridge. Thank you Alex! You were superb.
We did a walking tour with Peter of Terrible Tours of Cambridge. We had a fantastic time and learnt so much about the interesting history of the city and its colleges. Thoroughly recommend!
I found this a really good way to end my first full day in Norwich as the tour was in the late afternon. I had already explored a little bit of the city and this guided tour showed me places I didn't know existed, some of which I plan to go back to.
Our guide Ethan was really enthusiastic and passionate about the city of Norwich. His historical knowledge of the city was encyclopedic which just enhanced the enjoyment and the experience of the tour
Just be mindful it is a walking tour for around 1 and a half hours. No planned toilet stops and whatever the weather throws at you.
Very enjoyable tour of Cambridge. Peter was an excellent tour guide. Highly recommend a
