☺We actually spent nine days total at this hotel as we arrived a few days prior to our group for a weeklong tour. The tour company had chosen this property for our family group of eighteen and we were all so happy with these accommodations. Centrally located, just a few minutes from the San Pedro market and less than ten minutes from Plaza de Armas.
Our first evening we enjoyed a light meal at the hotel's restaurant, their homemade chicken soup was delicious and perfect while we were adjusting to the higher altitude. Breakfast was really good as well, made to order eggs, fresh fruit and juices, home made baked goods, and other items that changed daily.
Our rooms varied in size, but overall, enough space, some even had robes and slippers, comfortable beds, reliable hot showers. The house keeping staff did a wonderful job keeping rooms clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries.
The best part of our stay were the incredible, amazing staff in all areas, but especially at the front desk and the porters. Upon check in they were very acommodating with my parents who needed an easy access, no stairs room. On our third day there my mom was showing symptoms of altitude sickness and the staff called a doctor to come over to her room, and also providing a wheel chair for her to use. Throughout our stay, the porters were always so helpful with our parents when entering or leaving the hotel, including getting in and out of taxis. All of the staff were kind, friendly and professional, always a smile on their faces!

☹La première chambre à côté de la cuisine n'avait pas de fenêtre et était très bruyante.
Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre pour le lendemain, le Monsieur à qui on a fait la demande nous a proposé une chambre au 3ème étage avec deux lits queen. Le lendemain, une dame était à l'accueil elle nous a proposé une chambre avec deux lits simples ce qui n'était pas ce que nous avions réservé. Nous avons demandé à changer, elle nous a proposé une chambre avec deux lits queen mais au rez-de-chaussée qui était très bruyant. J'aurais apprécié avoir la chambre qui m'avait été promise au 3ème étage.

Muito confortável e próximo aos principais locais.
☺Quarto, cama e lençóis muito confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom. Do lado do Mercado, e fica há uns 10 minutos andando a pé da Plaza de Armas, tem mercado ao lado, lojas farmácias bem próximas. Funcionários muito atenciosos. Guardaram nossas malas por 2 dias quando fomos pra outras cidades sem custo adicional e fornecem um ótimo café da manhã para viagem quando saímos antes do horário do café da manhã.
☹As janelas dos quartos são voltadas para o pátio interno onde fazem as refeições e circulação do hotel. É ótimo pra não ouvir o barulho da rua, mas quando alguns turistas tomam o café da manhã muito cedo para sair para os passeios é possível escutar tudo e atrapalha um pouco quem tem o sono leve.
