I would recommend the Chapman State Farm Insurance office in downtown Carmel. I worked with KARLA on several occasions with homeowners insurance, automobile insurance, liability/umbrella insurance, and transfers from another state. Her knowledge and attention to detail is very impressive and she is a pleasure to work with!!

Just changed to this agent as previous agent was not helpful or responsive. I see why she got 5 stars!!! I would give 10 if I could. She is super knowledgeable and actually calls to make sure everythig will billing, etc. is exact. She is also knowledgeable technically for those of us who want to do everything online!

Finding an insurance company is hard. There are a lot of options. I have worked with many companies and no one has been so attentive and helpful then State Farm and Teresa Chapman’s office and staff. I can’t recommend Teresa Chapman’s State Farm office enough, especially Karla Gilliatt.
