The Temper Cool Team is completely trustworthy and totally reliable. Matt and Julian did a wonderful job today installing a big 9.1kw unit. They are both just delightful fellahs and I know from past experience just how knowledgeable Matt is. Matt and Julian were super efficient at the installation as well as being very considerate of the household. Katarina in the office is a force - great service and she doesn't give up on sourcing parts that may be taking longer than expected. This Team deserves more than 5 stars and I highly recommend engaging them for any Airconditiong needs. I certainly won't be considering anyone else! Thanks Team.

The guys are so pleasant and easy to talk to, they do a great job and leave with no mess, plus the communication between the staff in the office and you the client is fantastic. Huge shoutout to TemperCool for their honesty and expertise! I am blown away by my experience. I was told by multiple companies that my ducted aircon needed thousands of dollars in repairs, around $5,000. I decided to get one more opinion and I am very glad I did. Matty came out, properly diagnosed the issue, and it turns out it only needed a $60 part. That was it. No upselling, no scare tactics, just honest work. It is rare to find trades who genuinely look out for you instead of your wallet. These guys saved me a huge amount of money and stress. If you want someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair, I highly recommend TemperCool!!

Situations like this are exactly why we take the time to properly diagnose ducted air conditioning systems before jumping to big repairs. It’s not always the major components. Sometimes it really is something small that’s been missed.

Julian came over to clean the black mould from our two split systems after we moved into our new rental, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. He was incredibly thorough, paid great attention to detail, and left our home smelling amazing! He was also very friendly and easy to talk to, was lovely with my dog (even giving them pats), and went above and beyond by bringing in my post office packages, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Temper Cool are very lucky to have such a genuinely kind and hardworking person on their team. Highly recommend!

I have had four visits from TemperCool technicians in regards to an extremely unusual and rare warranty issue with a Gree aircon unit. The technicians were invariably polite, courteous, efficient , communicative and knowledgeable, and have resolved the problem. The office backup concerning information and scheduling was also first class. Tempercool is a great company to deal with, absolutely tops.
