The technician (Josh Jimenez) was absolutely wonderful! He was very professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire visit. He fixed our AC compressor quickly and efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free. We really appreciate his hard work and would highly recommend him!

Glad I called ReliaBee, they got a tech out to the house in less than an hour after 2 other companies weren’t able to get to me for 2 days. JD found the problem quickly - Old house w some weak circuit breakers. JD saw we were in process of remodeling home and offered us some options. It was a GOOD experience! JD was a nice guy, informative and got the job knocked out quick - I will gladly recommend them to the neighbors!

This company nails it every time. The technician (Brad Peacock) who came to my house this bi-annual regular service was on time, capable, thorough, courteous, friendly, and clearly likes working for this company specifically. Josh/JD and Justin were friendly, efficient and respectful of our home. They did a great job servicing and inspecting our 2 units. ReliaBee clearly identified who was arriving and when, as always. We receive clear photos of our attic units and any areas of concern, even if they're in good shape we're shown what's going on up there. I always trust ReliaBee - they have full accountability which is unheard of in the service world, it seems.
