My AC went out at 7 o’clock last night. I called this family owned business and they were at my house within half an hour. Jeremy was pleasant and fixed the problem straight away. I highly recommend this conscientious company for any air-conditioning issue you may have.

I called Temperature Patrol to get a second opinion, because our A/C wasn’t doing the job. The first company that came out, the tech looked at our system, came back 2 minutes later and stated there was nothing he could do, we need an entire new system, and he could have a sales person out to us in an hour. We entertained this, but decided to wait since our A/C unit was still cooling somewhat. He told us there was a leak and they don’t have the type of Freon and it can not be found any longer. Two weeks later I called Temperature Patrol, and the woman who answered stated they could have some one come out and take a look. Rob showed up on time and listened to what we had to say and then took a look. He came back and let us know that we needed a Freon charge and gave us a price, which we found to be very reasonable. He had to go get more of the Freon and returned promptly to get the job done. There was no pressure to purchase a new system, as we already know eventually we’ll have to purchase a new one, ours is older, But Rob and Temperature Patrol were able to charge our A/C and our house is back to being cool. We will definitely be giving them our business moving forward, including when we are left with no other choice other than to replace. I highly recommend this company, they are honest, professional and timely!

WOW!!!! I had many different repairs from the Hurricane. Temp patrol was the only company that did not cause me any stress and actually was very helpful. Jeremey is a shining star by far. His honesty is A++++. He rocks!

Anyone having issues with their AC system should contact Rob at Temperature Patrol! Rob is trustworthy! #1 quality!!!! We don't know anything about AC and another company came out telling us we're best off to replace the whole unit - an $11,000 deal! That didn't seem right as the unit is only 5 years old. Called Rob and for $1,500 we're rocking and rolling with A/C. Thank you Rob!!!

The gentleman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and professional. He put us at ease knowing what the issue was and knew how to solve it. He is funny, caring and did not try to take advantage of us like many of his competitors have tried. An lastly my wife has not complained since the repair has been done. Lol
