I’m so grateful I found Sara. I came in not really understanding how important lymphatic massage is after surgery, and she has completely transformed my healing process. I feel so much better (and so much faster) because of her work. She’s gentle, knowledgeable, explains everything as she goes, and makes you feel genuinely cared for and never judged. The space feels comfortable, the conversations are easy, and you can tell she truly does honor and care every person who walks through her door. I highly recommend Sara!!
I have been going to Temecula Massage Therapy for about a year. Having used many massage therapists over many years, I find Sara to be one of my favorites! She is gentle yet firm and offers a comfortable, quiet space, tailoring her service to my needs. I love the creams that she uses and the extra “touches” of hot stones and warm cloths! Incredible lymphatic artist who deeply understands the body. I came in swollen and with stagnant fluid in my lower body and from the first session I saw and felt a noticeable difference. Moved out here from LA and tried several different practitioners before finally finding Sara and so glad I did. She’s also just a wonderful human who is a joy to be around. I had a mommy makeover in June and my surgeon highly recommended that I find a good lymphatic massage therapist. I’m so glad I found Sara! She is absolutely phenomenal. From the very first session, she was professional, knowledgeable, and so in tune with what my body needed during such a tough recovery. She was also incredibly flexible with my crazy schedule, patient, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process.

When I say Sara’s lymphatic massages are life changing, there is no exaggeration. My first visit with Sara was when I was a few weeks post-op from surgery and in tremendous amounts of pain. Everything hurt and felt funny and I was afraid to get out of bed. I was second-guessing my choice to have the operation and felt like I made the biggest mistake of my life. I didn’t want to touch my own body much less receive a massage from a stranger, but after some serious scolding from my doctor and a raving recommendation from a friend who underwent the same operation as me and had been visiting Sara, I bit the bullet and made an appointment.
Sara’s studio is nestled so cutely in Temecula Wine Country and offered peace, privacy, and tranquility. And Sara just might be the sweetest person I’ve ever met, I instantly felt welcome, safe, respected, and in good hands. Sara will engage with you as much or as little as you’d like, she’s down for gossip and conversation, she’s also ok if you want to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. But this only scratches the surface of Sara’s massage experience, the real magic is how amazing you’ll feel after a visit with her.
My friend who recommended Sara said she felt “instantly better” and I thought that was just a ploy to make me go, but it was actually truthful. I had been in so much pain when I arrived at Sara’s, and felt so uncomfortable in my body. I was actually afraid of how painful the massage would but it was absolutely painless and felt amazing. I held my breath as Sara neared my incisions and the sorest parts of my body, anticipating sharp pains and agony, but I was surprised that those sensations never came.
Later that night as I got ready for bed, I noticed a sharp decline in my pain levels. I was able to shower and touch my body without fear of pain or weird sensations, I could get in and out of bed and sitting positions without so much pain and effort, and more importantly, I felt much better about my decision to have the operation. My mental and physical health had both improved dramatically after just a few hours after my massage from Sara.
My only regret throughout this process was not going to see Sara sooner. I really didn’t know what a lymphatic drainage massage was and I was so terrified to be touched, but had I gone sooner I would have recovered much earlier and quicker. I hope more knowledge can be spread about the benefits of these massages as I think they could make a huge impact on public health and wellness.
