Lady convinced me Telsim and Telstra were the same. She even labeled the SIM as Telstra as you can see. Ended up buying another sim card at the city as Telsim data was slow. Buyers beware!

Do not use telsim!
They will invite you in with a cheap deal and then ask you to provide your card details for future payments. They then put automatic recharge on your account without telling you and then take a hefty payment from your account without telling you!
When you question it they are dismissive and unhelpful and blame the customer!
The worst signal I’ve experienced and the worst customer service. They take money from you without your consent then make no effort to offer you a refund they just blame you!
I will not use again and I advise no one to use this provider unless you want to be ripped off!

After reviewing the account, we can confirm that Auto Recharge was enabled during the activation process when the payment card details were provided and the recurring payment option was selected. In addition, notification emails regarding the upcoming plan expiry and automatic renewal were sent prior to the recharge being processed.
As the Auto Recharge setting remained active and no cancellation or deactivation request was received before the renewal date, the plan renewed successfully in accordance with the selected service settings. We can also confirm that the renewed plan benefits were applied to the service and usage commenced following the renewal.
We understand that billing concerns can be frustrating, and we are committed to assisting our customers wherever possible. If you would like us to review your account further, please contact our support team with your service details so that we can investigate your concerns in more detail.
