Had my screen changed, and since then, I’ve had to force restart my iPhone between 4-10 times every day because the touch display stops working. They claimed to use original parts, looks like that was a lie.

Very honest service. I had an issue charging my Iphone 16 Pro & was quoted for a usb-c port replacement. Turns out the issue was much larger & I was recommended by the representative to bring the device to Apple as it was still under warranty. I was not charged anything by this shop for the diagnosis & got a new phone through Apple. Thank you!

This one’s a bit of a saga. Thursday — I dropped off my phone; they said they’d clean out the water damage and rust. Friday — they told me the phone was beyond repair, too much water damage. I asked if they could at least extract my data. They said they call me on Saturday. That same Friday, I bought a new phone. Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday — no call. Of course I got angry and I went for my phone … yeah they didn’t charge me anything as “compensation.” BUT PLOT TWIST That Wednesday, I took my phone to the shop right next door for data extraction. Thursday — they handed me back my phone… fully working. They have one star because they were nice , but It is not a truthful or experienced business

By way of clarification, your device was received on Thursday for the purpose of water-damage remediation. Following our initial assessment, it was determined that the extent of the impairment appeared substantial, a conclusion that was duly conveyed to you on Friday. At that juncture, you requested consideration of data recovery. As you will appreciate, such a procedure constitutes a materially distinct and significantly more intricate undertaking than conventional cleaning, necessitating a separate quotation, which was accordingly furnished on Friday. You were further advised that additional time would be required, with an update anticipated on Saturday.

Regrettably, unforeseen operational constraints, including a backlog of existing repairs and the temporary unavailability of a key technician due to illness, adversely affected our ability to adhere to the intended communication schedule. We acknowledge without reservation that the absence of interim updates from Saturday through Wednesday fell below acceptable standards, and for this lapse we express our unequivocal regret.

During this interval, however, our technical specialists were actively engaged in intricate diagnostic work upon the device’s logic board. This examination disclosed profound motherboard impairment necessitating micro soldering procedures. By the time of your enquiry on Wednesday, approximately seventy per cent of the data recovery process had been successfully executed, and completion was imminent.

We fully respect your decision to reclaim the device at that point. In recognition of the inconvenience endured, all service charges including those attributable to the considerable technical labour already undertaken were waived in their entirety.

We are pleased to note that your device is now functional following subsequent intervention elsewhere. Nevertheless, it should be observed that the timely water damage cleaning effected at our facility likely contributed materially to the prevention of further deterioration across critical components. The severe motherboard impairment we identified would, in any event, have remained a significant factor requiring remedial attention.

Please be assured that we remain firmly committed to the enhancement of both our operational processes and our standards of client communication. Your observations are invaluable in guiding these improvements.

Vores teknikere gik straks i gang med at åbne, rense og redde hver eneste lille del. Det var lidt som at give den et nyt liv og vi kunne næsten ikke vente med at se dit ansigtsudtryk, da du fik at vide, at den virkede igen.

Was able to replace battery competently. However, my data was wiped due to an accidental factory reset. He said there was no way to get my data back if not on google account, but I went to Adam repair in Valby and they recovered my data successfully. Just check before giving up.
