Excellent business for repairing systems; had an issue with my PC, the guy came and picked up my PC, worked throughout the night attempting a fix, and brought my PC back to me in extremely quick time. Massively would recommend this business if anybody is in need of a repair or an upgrade, he offers collection and drop-off, gave regular updates and often worked late through the night - he had to rebuild my PC into a new case too.

I have been having an issue with my computer for months due to crashing and audio issues using Discord. I had tried every software solution that Google had to offer to no avail. I decided to contact TeessideTek which had MANY positive reviews and experiences. From the first phone call he was helpful, passionate and i could tell that he wanted to get to the bottom of my issue. I dropped off my computer and with how it was it took him time to get my computer back to tip top shape and a few days later he found the issue which was a faulty RAM stick, upgraded my computer to Windows 11, at my request, and at an extremely reasonable price. He updated me as much as possible which gave me confidence that progress was being made. The customer service has been spot on and 2-3 weeks later my computer still performing amazing as it should be. I would definitely recommend TeessideTek if you are wanting someone to fix your computer and make sure it stays running. Support your local small businesses!

Excellent service from TeessideTek to help diagnose problems with my son’s gaming PC. When trying to solve the problem, even loaned parts to try to identify what was at fault. Friendly help and prepared to discuss the issue and not just plough on without keeping you informed. Quick response, and good prices, even when coming with an intermittent problem that is going to be hard to diagnose.

My laptop was not allowing update was running slow 24 hours later it's just like new. Excellent service and always kept upto date. Cost was excellent 👌

Found a replacement motherboard for a 10 year old laptop that had very little use, in Germany and fitted it (with another repair to that board) for a price less than I had seen on ebay for a board alone. Would use again if I got stuck.

Chuffed to bits, had my custom built PC for 8 years, while cleaning accidentally pulled some wires put and broke the power button, called Maj on a Sunday at 9 am, he said bring it to me no problem, while he had it he suggested i upgrade my HDD to SSD, was the best advice/decision i made, he fixed everything, rewired the wires i pulled out, fixed the Power Button, Restart and LED’s, and upgraded it to SSD with Windows 11 all for a great price (£80-£100 cheaper than a few other places a asked) was a gentleman and kept me up to date throughout my PC upgrade and repair, hes deffos my man for any PC Issues or situations in the future!
