Great service early 2025 for new laptop screen so problems with phone getting worse hour by hour so tried him for advice & repair if possible (not sure if he repaired phones) . Urgent because no other means of communication & I knew he was honest & reliable. Kept overnight but I saw he was busy but got phone back with everything explained and very reasonable price. 1st choice if any tech problems .

Teesside Tek they were very helpful, they asked me what i used my computer for gaming .studying etc,then they explained fully what they advised me to do with my computer by which programs that i needed to upgrade my existing programs. They cleaned the components inside of my tower as it was very dusty over the years. Very efficient with the work carried out on my computer it is much better and i am very happy with the new programs and software that have been added. I would highly recommend this place for computer servicing .Thank you Top guy.

Fantastic service. Quick turnaround and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. We thought we'd need a new graphics card (costing several hundred pounds) but TeessideTek identified the problem to a corrupt driver which they managed to reinstall and hey presto. A fraction of the price of a new graphics card. Back to us within a few days of dropping it off (on a weekend!)

I can't recommend these people enough!. They repaired my laptop at a fair price, but after picking it up it was not going on unless when connected to the charger. To be honest, it was stressing me, I called them with a complaint and they told me to take it back. It was worked on for free of charge. I highly recommend them!

Brilliant service from Maj. He explained, in a non tech way, what was wrong with my laptop and what choices I had. When I decided to replace it Maj provided me with sound advice on what spec I should look for on the replacement. Then he transfered all my files so I could reinstall on my new laptop. All this for a very reasonable cost.

Majahid arrived timeously for a home visit. I've been using kit he installed 4yrs ago and it's functioned without a hic-cup. As it now required upgrades, he set too working his magic. Keeping me appraised throughout, his work was soon done. Before leaving, he asked me to access the computer making sure I experienced no problems. All good. This man is the Rolls Royce of I.T. troubleshooting. Representing excellent value for money coupled to a brilliant all round service, I have no qualms or hesitation in recommending this business.
