I tried to play Computer Tech in trying to set up my new server and made a mess of things. They patiently undid everything and programmed things right. They took care of several security issues I had and set everything up in a clean and efficient manner. Our home network suddenly stopped working due to a faulty Verizon Fios router (which we had no idea about but Remon figured it out) and we also had non-working Apple Mac which needed either repair or date retrieval, re-configure Sono sound system, and other computer back-up issues. Remon is so professional, patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and just a really a great person to work with. His work is completely through and is kind enough to teach us as he goes along.
