I did a web search for a company who could solve my problems with my new Dell Latitude laptop. Within a few minute’s the online chat started. Remon was in another location and arrived at my house a couple of hours later. Remon fixed my issue and I am very happy with TechTrone IT Services.

What an amazing, pleasant experience I had with TechTrone IT Services. Our home network suddenly stopped working due to a faulty Verizon Fios router (which we had no idea about but Remon figured it out) and we also had non-working Apple Mac which needed either repair or date retrieval, re-configure Sono sound system, and other computer back-up issues. Remon is so professional, patient, knowledgeable, courteous, and just a really a great person to work with. His work is completely through and is kind enough to teach us as he goes along. He took the time to explain the issue and the process to resolve the problem we had in our 250 years old, 4,500 Sq. Ft. house. The quality of the work he has done is impeccable and their quote is very reasonable. We feel very lucky to find them and will always go to them whenever we have problem. Thank you so much for all you have done! I highly recommend him for all your IT needs.

I have been working with Remon and TechTrone for almost two years. The company is 100% reliable. Their service is excellent.
