Bassem at TechSauga was instrumental in helping us with our internet issues. We have a 3 story daycare facility and need proper wifi coverage all throughout. We tried pods from Bell, and some ceiling mounted devices, but nothing worked properly and we had dead spots and separate networks in each area of the building. Finally got TechSauga to come in and now have a solid wifi connection with full signal all throughout the building and even in our outdoor playground! We even have a secure connection between this location and our 2 other locations. Thanks Bassem and TechSauga for your support!!

5 Stars all the way! I needed help with a client whose email was compromised. Being a marketing agency, we don't really get into email security etc., as that is more an IT service, but obviously we wanted to help the client resolve their issues. I contacted Bassem from Techsauga and he jumped on it instantly! He performed a thorough investigation, reported on it and locked it down! He also kept me and my client in the loop the entire time. Most importantly, the client is now happy and has safeguards in place to reduce issues moving forward. If you have issues with your emails, network, security, servers etc, call Techsauga and you won't regret it! Can't thank them enough!

I had some urgent issues with my computer and had some deadlines to meet. Bassem from TechSauga showed up on short notice, was very understanding and kindly put my mind at ease as I was in a panic.
