We also wanted to clarify the scheduling process for anyone reading this review. We actually don't offer online appointment scheduling at this time. Our website allows customers to request repair quotes, but appointments are scheduled directly with us over the phone or through text message.

As a small, locally owned mobile repair business, repair times can vary quite a bit depending on the device and the work involved. Rather than having an automated system assign appointment slots that might not accurately reflect our availability, we prefer to coordinate scheduling personally. This allows us to better manage our repair workload, communicate directly with customers, and provide more accurate appointment times without overbooking.

Coltin, we are genuinely confused by this review because, up until the moment you hung up, we were actively trying to arrange service for you.
For anyone reading, here is the full timeline of what happened:
Phone call #1:
You called about an Xbox with an HDMI issue. You initially said the HDMI port did not appear physically damaged, so we explained that we would need to diagnose the console rather than simply assume the port was the problem. Our diagnostic fee is $50. That fee covers the time required to actually troubleshoot the board, which can sometimes involve hours of microscope work and electrical testing.
You then told us you were located in Bartlesville. We explained that because we are a mobile repair service based in the Tulsa area, there would be a travel fee for us to make the trip to Bartlesville. The call ended shortly afterward.
Phone call #2:
You called again and mentioned what looked like a crack along the bottom of the HDMI port. We explained that what you were seeing sounded like the normal seam where the rolled metal HDMI housing meets, rather than necessarily being damage to the port itself.
You then said you would come to Tulsa so that you would not have to pay the Bartlesville travel fee. We said that was perfectly fine and started trying to think of a convenient place in Tulsa where we could meet you.
I was driving at the time and took a moment to think of a good meeting location. Before I could give you one, you hung up.
Shortly afterward, this 1-star review appeared stating that we were “overpriced” and that I “clearly don’t give a damn about the customers.”
Text:
“I’m not sure what the 1 star review is from. I was trying to talk to you about meeting in Tulsa and you hung up on me. Please call me back.”
Tried to call to find out what had happened.
Our number was then blocked.
Facebook:
“Please call me. I’m not sure what I did to upset you. I was driving and trying to avoid getting in a wreck and then you hung up. I want to get your console fixed up for you.”
“Could you tell me what I did wrong? I’m very confused man.”
The first message was laugh-reacted to.
We were then blocked there as well without receiving an explanation.
At no point did we refuse service, dismiss your problem, or tell you that we did not want to help. In fact, immediately before you hung up, we were discussing where in Tulsa we could meet so you could avoid the travel fee entirely.
You were never charged anything, we never took possession of your Xbox, and we never performed a repair for you. The only prices discussed were our $50 diagnostic fee and the optional travel charge for making a trip to Bartlesville.
If there was something we actually said or did that upset you, we would still genuinely like to know what it was. We tried reaching out through multiple methods specifically because we wanted the opportunity to understand the problem and make things right. Unfortunately, we were blocked before receiving any explanation.

Its not too late to turn this around, we definitely want to get that console fixed up for you ASAP. We 100% give a damn about our customers.
