My laptop wouldn’t turn on, and nobody could figure out what was wrong with it. I finally brought it to Tech Pro Repair, and the guys were able to fix it quickly and for a very reasonable price! Now my laptop works perfectly. I’m so happy with their service! Highly recommend this place!

Very terrible customer service. I came in to see if they were able to help me with my laptop and once I explained the issue they told me no and just simple walked to the back of the store leaving me inside alone. I was going to asked about fixing my screen for my phone as well but wasn’t even given the opportunity to before the guy behind the desk left.

After speaking with our technician, we understand that you came in regarding an issue with your laptop’s USB-C charging port. Our technician explained that, unfortunately, the issue could not be resolved by simply replacing the charging port and would require replacing the motherboard.

Contacted Hotwire - we have been a customer for one year- explained issues with our three tv’s! Hotwire tech Nick Chard came in same day service- replaced router box on all 3 tvs replaced remotes. Nick stayed and made sure all TVs were updated and in perfect condition before he left! We are senior citizens and would not have been able to update!
