The service is great! Their technician Joe is the best! He knows what he is doing and explains the process. He is a professional at what he does and always makes sure all our other printers are in good working order whenever he comes in for a service call. He always goes above and beyond what is needed. I cannot add anything more to this. Joe is the best.
