Brought my car here to get my spark plugs changed because my car was misfiring. Fixed it no problem but informed me that I was having issues with my oil so I ended up brining it back in at a later date. I was told it was going to take a few days but it ended up taking about a week. I was thankful that they lent me their 2006 Toyota matrix as a loaner vehicle for free. I was the informed that they seized my motor and had to throw in a different one. Once I finally got my car back with the other motor I realized that my horn was no longer working, my ac had stopped working, and none of the lights in the car would turn on. I brought it back again for a third time as was informed that they didn’t touch anything and they would charge me over 200 dollars to diagnose the car for an issue that was THEIR mistake. I wouldn’t been okay if I had just brought it back and they fixed it but they told me that I’d have to pay for their mistake out of my pocket. The whole reason I came to this shop of all places is because I looked at the reviews and saw the amount of 5 stars that were given out, but after what they did to my car I could hands down say that they’re all fake for the most part. I wouldn’t never go here again and I highly recommend going elsewhere. Shops like this are the reason why nobody trust mechanic technicians.
