Installer was friendly and made quick work of the installation. We had an issue connecting to our network, but he was able to troubleshoot the issue with me. Very pleased with whole process.

Although the tech had some problems the first time he came out, he and his team stuck with me until a successful solution was found. Professionally done, honest, the second trip did the job. The Starlink AI agent was singularly unhelpful; but Nationwide Installation Techs LLC filled the gap with real humans who understood the problem and got the correct equipment and installed it properly. Now I have great TV and WiFi service in a remote part of the Colorado mountains.

Game-Changer for Rural Internet!
Living in a rural area, reliable high-speed internet has always been a challenge. We don’t have fiber, and while we have Spectrum cable, it’s pricey and inconsistent. For four years, I relied on a Verizon home setup with a mesh system, which was just okay—until that equipment failed and I had to upgrade to their newer version.
It was an absolute disaster. Nothing worked consistently: my Ring doorbells wouldn't connect, and our TVs constantly buffered. Desperate for a real solution, a friend recommended Starlink, and I decided to go all-in on their top-tier plan.
With a large, three-story, 5,000-square-foot home and an unobstructed view of the sky, I was blown away from day one. Remarkably, Starlink’s router alone provided coverage across the entire house before I even added a mesh system. Though I went ahead and installed a new mesh setup for maximum strength in every single corner, the baseline performance on day one was already incredible.
Even better? It was installed on a wall mount attached to our gable, which was quick and easy. We hit one minor snag initially when the contracted installers wouldn't climb the roof, but Starlink's support team stepped in immediately. I honestly have to say: that was the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 59 years of living. They resolved the issue seamlessly and went above and beyond.
I was also deeply concerned about how satellite internet would handle bad weather. Literally the night it was installed, it was storming and raining heavily—yet every device stayed connected without a single glitch. We’ve had a few severe storms since, and I haven't experienced a single drop in service.
If you have an unobstructed view of the sky and are tired of unreliable options, I cannot recommend Starlink enough. It is an absolute game-changer!

Our system was two Starlink Gen2 antennas using Orbi mesh, and it works flawless. One antenna in the yard at my mother in-laws house which supports only her house. A second antenna is on the shop, which supports the shop, 1 barn, and 1 house with no complications. When I spoke with them I stated we'd like to use one antenna for all the buildings, add outside cameras, and have better cell service outside so calls won't be dropped when walking building to building. I paid for an assessment as we're on 32 acres and surrounded by lots of forest land so I wanted to ensure the right set up would be installed. They put an estimate together for a Point-to-Point set up on the shop, the mother in-laws, barn, and my house. We approved the estimate. Once the Point-to-Point was installed, it was terrible. TV's in both homes were buffering, laptop struggled to connect, cell phones were dropping calls inside the houses, and the camera system was intermittently working, off more than they were on. Evenings were really bad, after 8pm my tablet wouldn't work and my cell phone froze. I reached out to them and they put together another plan, install an outdoor range extender for the mother in-laws house. I approved it and they came out to install from the shop pointing to her house. This made things worse for her house. The cameras continue to fail. During the thunder, lightning and heavy rains, the point-to-point went down. On both quotes not once was it mentioned we should consider upgrading the antenna, in fact the first quote states with the new point-to-point the system would "deliver fast, stable internet directly from the main hub to each location". They do not provide serial numbers on the products they install so a person isn't able to register or extend a warranty. Ours products are about 20 to 30 feet up on a tall shop with a steep pitch roof. They won't come to the property and get the information. I'm female, age 61 and they say I can go up the extension ladder, walk on a steep pitch roof and get the information myself. Very poor customer service. We have unplugged everything they installed and resorted back to the original set up. We don't want to remove the Point-to-Point because we'd have holes in the buildings from where they drilled through to run wires. I DO NOT recommend this company.
Things are worse, nothing works, since they installed the Point-to-Point system. When I step outside the house there's no Wi-Fi or cell service. Inside the home the TV, cell phones, laptop, tablet and Alexa device do not work, especially after 6:00p. Constant buffering, drop calls, and laptops are not working as they’re unable to connect. We live on 32-acres surrounded by logging property. Spent thousands, and I unplugged the point-to-point system and went back to using Starlink Gen2 antenna with Orbi. DO NOT trust this company.
The installer was very easy to work with and I was able to schedule very quickly. He was pleasant, understanding and able to answer all of my questions. Everyone from Nationwide Installation was very nice to work with. Would highly recommend this company !!!

Excellent customer service from the first contact to after install. Messaged Monday to have star link installed, I requested evening and or Saturday service, was very accommodating to my work schedule! Was contacted 2 times through the week and several times during the day of installation was never guessing what was going on.
