I needed to upgrade or replace my 7 year old Video Editing PC(DaVinci Resolve) and Alejandro provided excellent advice so I went ahead with him building me a new intel PC with the RTX 5080 graphics card. Alejandro was very fast and built the new machine on Sunday and brought it to my house and had it running on Monday. He even updated the bios in my everyday PC and was very personable. I am a retired electrical engineer who is familiar with computers and I would highly recommend him for your Computer needs

Had some critical issues with booting up my pc at 10pm and Alex was able to take a look early next morning. The issue was identified within an hour with the problematic hardware removed and my machine ready for pick up early afternoon. If you are looking to have your PC built, Tech in a Tux is a GREAT option. I left all of my parts with him and he built it in 2-3 hours while providing updates and pictures of the process. Alejandro even went the extra mile and installed a debloated version of windows on it. He also happily helped with some questions I had about the hardware/software after I recieved the PC.

I cannot say enough good things about Alejandro. My PC is a big part of my life and allows me to stay connected, so when an unknown issue caused it to stop working, I was frustrated. After doing a lot of research I came across Alejandro and Tech In a Tux. I emailed him late at night thinking I would have a response in a day or so. However, I had a response within a couple hours. Shortly after, we set up an appointment for the next day. I dropped my PC off and within a couple days he had diagnosed and fixed my issue. Additionally, when my PC started acting up again, he drove all the way to my house to fix it. He only charged me for the parts which is very nice. His “by donations” is a very rare and amazing thing that he does. 11/10 would recommend. His service was so good, I’ll be hiring him to build my new gaming PC.

Highly suggest to go to Tech In A Tux (especially Alejandro) to handle PC services. Found him on online and I thought it was too good to be true but he personally drove all the way to my apartment and built my PC from scratch in front of me, along with optimizing it to make it perform wayyy better. Actually a really cool guy to talk to as well. For the parts that I had, he built it super fast with clean cable management. He also clean wiped and sold my old PC parts and laptop for me. 10/10 would recommend, he will be my go to PC guy from now on. Additionally* I am a returning customer and he has sold both my Gaming Laptop, My PC, and my peripherals. The PC that he helped me build, he also just recently help me sell. I can’t thank him enough as he has saved myself a lot of time and helped me reach my selling budget. I would trust Alejandro when it comes to anything related to technical, PC components, web designs, buying and selling, connection, this guy does it all!
