I didn’t realize how simple Tech 4 Life’s services would be to tap into. Collin cleaned up my four-year old laptop, ordered and installed a new battery, directed me on a replacement charger, and now providing annual oversight and any necessary maintenance updates. Colin was extremely helpful and thorough. Pricing for all of this has been very reasonable as well. Glad to have them on board!

I am an 81-yr old female, so I understood from the beginning that my personal knowledge was limited. Morgon did help me with answers regarding my cell phone. However he said he couldn't do anything with my iPad, as it was old, and I needed to buy a new one. That was disappointing to hear. It didn't seem that Morgan was really listening to me, or felt my questions were worth his time to answer. I did expect more.
I've worked with T4L several times over the past few years, and I have always walked away with my tech issue resolved and happy to have found them. They are professional, courteous and technically top notch.

The worst! they charge $180.00 and hour and in my case they charged me for 30 minutes to take one file off of my computer's hard drive and failed to actually do what I asked them to do. Take your computer issue here if you want to be over charged and NOT get what you want! I wish I could give zero stars.

It is so sad to end the year with an unhappy client when we work so hard to serve everyone. She has requested I (owner) not contact her to discuss so I will state the facts and let the public decide.
Her laptop was brought in with a broken power button. We took it apart and found that this repair required a new deck (by design). The cheapest we found was on Ebay for $360.00 (we do not mark up parts, receipts are provided). She declined to repair the computer (which we agreed with) and requested we retrieve her QuickBooks database from the computer.
We charged our minimum 1/2 hour service charge of $80.00 and $10.00 for the USB stick we put the file on. She had the computer back the next day.
Our prices (including minimum charges) are presented in our lobby.
We found out many years ago, we cannot do this diagnostic work for free and stay in business. Sometimes repair is not the best price / value option.
Sadly, she never asked to talk to me and only returned my call with a message to "never contact me again" so we are not able to rectify her displeasure and no 2nd chance to prove what is important to us.....Loving on our neighbors!

Do not believe the positive reviews for this company. To begin with, they are extremely difficult to reach on the phone. I called them first thing in the morning to request a call back and service. No one called me back for the entire day. When I then called in at 4:45 p.m., the operator picked up the phone and immediately hung up on me -- didn't want to deal with the call. When I called back the second time, the woman with whom I spoke was then incredibly rude and flip. She could not have cared less that I spent the whole day waiting for them to call me back. Then, when I asked for service the nexty day, I was told they were booked. So, I've lost 2 whole business days with these jokers. If you are busy business owner who needs a responsive and responsible IT company, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
We have used Tech 4 Life for all of our computer needs for many years. We are enrolled in their weekly Computer tune up for both of our computers and they are very reliable and Professional. Our last experience was on 11/25/2025 and we are very satisfied.

Slater was great, he was very patient with me, trying to find everything he needed in this house that I'm not very familiar with in order to fix my problems, which he did. He is coming back next week to align my pool equipment with the change he made to my WiFi (which I didn't know had to be done).
I wasn’t that impressed by the customer service. Walked in and not even a hi or I’ll be right with you. But crickets.They apparently didn’t hear the giant bell in front of the door. Then I left my computer to come back with no answer how it got fixed, but here is $80 bucks. And of course no veteran discount which there needs to be cause that cost is way to high. Won’t be going back there the way I was treated.

So sorry that Gary was not happy with our work. I have called him 3 times but never got an answer or return.
Thanks to this review, We NOW have a 10% veterans discount. We do so many other things for veterans, not sure why we never added a discount before. But thanks to your review Gary, we do do now!
The review isn't quite correct though, according to our system, Gary brough in a Play Station (not a computer) that wouldn't update. He dropped it off and an hour later Collin (our bench tech) had downloaded the update externally and then installed it manually. He then made a note in our system about 1.25 hours later that it was complete and that he had called Gary. Gary came back to pick it up about 2 hours later and was invoiced for our minimum $80.00 charge.
So, at the end of the day, a new client we have never seen before brought in a device and had it repaired in a couple hours for $80.00. The description on the invoice states -
Resolved PS4 stuck on System Update
Boot PS4 into Safe Mode
Tried system update using internet, failed
Downloaded system update to USB from PlayStation support site, successful
If that doesn't explain what happened Gary, I apologize.
It was a busy day, so I do believe Gary wasn't acknowledged when he came in. That is not normal for us and is now something we all reviewed and re-committed to acknowledging everyone.
Gary, we are so sorry for you unhappiness.
Our staff feels like we did a pretty good job overall though, and I agree.
