The environment is always positive and balanced. The owner ensures that you are well trained and answers any and all questions that may arise. Cons: Small company where you sometimes have to wear other hats but it's a good experience.

Tech Dynamix is awesome. Since we have contracted Tech to take care of our computers, we pretty much just put the key in and turn so to speak and things run smooth. Tech Dynamix is the company we call for all our computer needs and have done so for more than 10 years. Tech Dynamix is a company that you can trust! Take it from me, expertise 24-7 with phone calls answered promptly to discuss issues and implement fixes, not "patches". They are not happy till all issues are resolved & you are a happy customer.
I have been using them for a couple of years now and I am totally satisfied with my experiences when using them ----
To wit, Tech Dynamix took my 20 year old operating system and made it compatible to a IT system used by the purchaser of my company.
Really made my life stress free- If you need someone to guide your IT from start to finish, they are it.
