3 times now another Agent went in an screwed my plan up so bad and Michelle is the ONLY AGENT who has my permission. She went in all 3 times going thru everything as the unauthorized person changed so much. She took the time with me and both the insurance company and the marketplace, fixing everything.
I have gone thru surgery where she has been so amazing as well as dealing with losing my father and brother. She was heartfelt and compassionate, made me 100% sure she was the best person for the job.
