I was a first time homebuyer and was very nervous about the process but felt very comfortable working with Bethany and did not feel any pressure throughout. Very responsive, always helpful and thoroughly knowledgeable to all my questions and would follow up quickly if a question wasn’t known at the time. Great first time experience!

She was always quick to response to any of my questions, made sure that I felt comfortable with any decision I was making, and patient as we dealt with a somewhat complicated home purchase that involved many variables in order to close on time. TeamHam has been truly exceptional. I met Beth and Randy a few years ago at a time when I could not decide if the timing was right to put my home on the market. I did not put my home on the market but they were always available to answer any questions; including a last minute Friday evening conference call to answer a couple of questions that helped my kids through a first time home buyers process for a property located 2 states away. TeamHam sold a traditional home for me and helped me purchase a multi zoned property built in the 1800s. Their services included gathering information about the unique processes associated with purchasing this property. They added additional value by pointing me to solid options for purchasing related vendors. Procuring a mortgage and replacement value insurance for this property was challenging and would have been very expensive (if not impossible) had it not been for the established relationships between Beth/Randy and local mortgage/insurance leaders. I have tried to sell a home without a realtor; not only did I fail, it was chaotic and time consuming. Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness and good energy makes this potentially chaotic process simple. I will use TeamHam again and I have already recommended TeamHam to a friend. Thank you Beth and Randy.

As a first time home buyer, this process can be very scary. Brooke helped us out the whole way. She was so quick and responsive to all of our questions, and trust me, we had a lot. She is personable and outgoing, so it was easy to tell her what we were wanting in a home. She is also well connected around the area and was able to refer us to people she knows well! Also, Brooke has a great sense of humor so it makes house shopping with her fun and exciting…. what it should be!! I would definitely recommend Brooke!
