Had our Team Event at Hayes Mansion and we did the Robot Rally and the Murder Mystery. Kelly was very responsive and was very open to customize the Murder Mystery with my vision. Everyone had a great time with both activities and I got a lot of compliments that it was really fun. Would definitely use them again. Great job to Kelly and his team!
Our team of 65 participated in the Robot Rally team building event, and it was a huge success! This event was perfect for our competitive group. TeamBuilding ROI was great to work with; they communicated effectively and set everything up quickly on our patio.
The Robot Rally itself was a blast. We had a lot of fun with the mini-games, building the robots, and especially battling them. The feedback from our team has been overwhelmingly positive, with many saying it was the most enjoyable team event they've ever experienced. A big thank you to Mike for his excellent facilitation! We booked TeamBuilding ROI at the last minute for an offsite activity for a team of 20. From start to finish the communication was on point. Super friendly, super accommodating. TBR ran a teambuilding event for our organization in Oakland and we had a BLAST! Teambuilding ROI took care of securing the park permit, the catering and ran all of the fun & games we engaged in. We worked with Mike and his team for a company event for our team of about 50 people. His team went above and beyond, highly communicative, arrived early, set up quickly. We did the battle bots event and our team really had a great time. They were taking photos, playing music, and making sure everyone was involved and having a great time. I worked with ROI to organize a team fun event (Sandcastle Crusade in Half Moon Bay) and was very happy with everything: They suggested different program options that would suit our wider agenda, shared lots of useful information upfront, clarified all details in a call prior to the event and provide fool-proof details for everyone to be well-prepared at the right venue on time. 10/10n recommend TeamBuilding ROI. Bre, Kelly, and Mike were all so wonderful to work with. They were beyond flexible in the planning and budget. They also pulled in their vendors/ partners to accommodate so of the needs we had but I only needed to work with the TeamBuilding ROI and trusted them to help negotiate on our behalf. I have planned so many events in the past and as many vendors have been great to work with but TeamBuilding ROI by far made it the most easiest and inclusive which really lifted a lot of stress from me. Best part of it all, everyone had a a blast. Thank you TeamBuilding ROI team and for sure we'll be back but likely for a different type of event.

TeamBuilding ROI have helped our fantastic team-building event held last Friday at Vasona park! This is now my second time working with TBROI for a work team building event of around 100 people. This time, we opted to do the Scavenger Hunt around Sunnyvale. First of all, the planning couldn’t have been easier. Kelly and Jay answered all our questions and were extremely flexible. They’ve really seen it all, so whenever I threw my “what if” questions at them, they knew what to do. Second of all, event execution: flawless. My team is all engineers so I was concerned they would not be into running around looking for clues… but the only feedback I got after the event was how much FUN they all had. Some team members came back almost sweating but always smiling! I even had a handful of team members tell me this was the most fun team event they ever had! I can’t thank Jay and the TBROI team enough for organizing such a well-planned challenge for my team. Icing on top was that they take photos for you as well! Posed and candids! Side note, Jay is an AMAZING game host - you can specifically request him to host (assuming his schedule allows). All around great experience. Already I’m telling my other admin friends to book TBROI.
