As always, my Tour with Team 399 in May/June this year was beyond my expectations! This was my 6th trip with them. We were in the presence of over 25 Bears including 15 Grizzlies. I watched Grizzly 610 and Bruno mating, fighting over food and non-stop courting in Grand Teton National Park. Wolf howls, watching the Wapiti Wolf Pack in Hayden Valley and the Lake Butte Grizzly Family in Yellowstone was pure adrenaline. This trip was with Gina Bayles and was 100% GIRL POWER FUN! (No offense Jack) IT WAS EPIC!

With Team 399, you are guaranteed to see incredible wildlife in Yellowstone and Grand Teton, while also learning a lot about these beautiful animals and the parks they live in. Jack and Gina are expert guides and extremely accommodating, too. We spent a weeklong family trip together watching bears, moose and elk and it was breathtaking. Highly recommend!

My husband and I (not photographers) booked a 1/2 day tour in June that began at dawn in GTNP. From the moment Gina picked us up, she had a pulse on where wildlife was in the park that day. Fortunately, we were able to spot a mother bear & cubs, elk, coyote, and pronghorn. She also took us to some beautiful parts of the park that had stunning views. We had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Our full day private tour of Grand Teton National Park with Team 399 was stellar. They went above and beyond in showing us wildlife, teaching us about photography and navigating through the Park. Jack and Gina are very passionate grizzly bear and wolf advocates and we enjoyed hearing about their experiences. Highly recommend for anyone who wants an educational and fun trip!

Jack was incredibly knowledgeable about the bears that call Grand Teton home. I highly recommend allowing Team 399 to show you the park. If you're a photographer you'll undoubtedly get great pictures with their guidance. If not a photographer you'll learn about the native animals and, odds are, see something awesome.

My sister and I spent a week with Gina and Jack (and Judi for half a day). It was worth every dime and every minute. They took great care of our needs, took us around from dawn to dusk on every single day to many unique sights, rare wildlife sightings and just had fun with us. We treasure every minute of the time we spent with them and will absolutely do it again in a heart beat.

Our group spent an amazing day with Jack touring the Grand Teton area! We had amazing wildlife sightings (we were among a luck few to see 610) and thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with Jack regarding the local wildlife, the parks, and conservation. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and we learned a lot. Two of our group of four had never been to the area before and were amazed by the experience. Two of us had been in the area several times before and learned even more, than we had on past tours. Jack was an excellent host, and even contacted us several times during the rest of our stay to let us know about sightings, so we could experience them on our own. He went above and beyond! I would highly recommend a tour with Team 399 - it will be an experience you will treasure!

I booked our trip in late summer/early fall of 2023 for our trip in May of 2024. Jack and Gina were very communicative during the time between booking and the actual trip, asking what our main interests were, then educating us about the things we might be seeing in the park. We went on a half day tour with Gina. She picked us up from our Airbnb and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Her vehicle was clean and comfortable, and she came prepared with the BEST orange cream muffins, coffee, and bottled water. During our tour, Gina told us about things we are seeing and the different areas of Grand Teton National Park. Gina also introduced us to some professional photographers and taught us what to look for when seeking wildlife. Our main objective was to see Grizzly 399 and her cub. We were able to see the cub, but just missed 399. Gina's tips and tricks proved valuable throughout the rest of the week, as we saw a ton of wildlife and eventually we did see 399 and her cub. We ran into Gina and Jack several times throughout the week and they were very friendly and continued to give us tips on where to see the best wildlife in the park. I HIGHLY recommend taking a tour with Team 399 EARLY in your trip to GTNP, as their tips and tricks will make the rest of your stay a lot more fun.

I had a wonderful trip with Gina. Everything went very smoothly and was perfectly organized. Gina paid attention to all the little details. She shared her extensive knowledge of bears and wildlife. Team 399 tour of GTNP was amazing. Had a terrific time with Jack and Gina. We saw moose, a sweet grizzly named Fritter, proghorns, eagles, coyote, otters. They provided a nice midmorning snack, and if you aren't a coffee drinker, they will provide you with options! Both had a great sense of humor and had great stories of the park and wildlife. Although we didn't find 399 ( not for lack of trying) our tour was awesome. They aim to please. Highly recommend Team 399 for a unique and personal adventure.

Once again, a fantastic day and one-half photo tour In Grand Teton NP, late May 2023, with Team 399 (Jack and Gina). This is the third year in a row that we have worked with Team 399 and have never been disappointed. We were able to see grizzly 399 for the third year in a row, grizzly 610 (399's daughter) and her three cubs, and grizzly 1063, along with black bears, elk, etc. Jack and Gina are so knowledgeable about the wildlife and the park and we always learn a lot from them. As always, Jack provides tips on using my camera. We will definitely work them in the future.

My wife and I spent a half day with Gina and Jack. Everything about the trip woked out beautifully, even though we had to go to plans B or C due to weather and or the wildlife not cooperating. We were able to see grizzly bear and other wildlife plus visit many beautiful landscape scenes. They listened to our wants and desires and tried to give us the best experience. They are very interesting people with a passion for the area. Jack was also very knowledgeable regarding my camera equipment and helped me get some images that I wanted to get.Very enjoyable day.

My wife and I had an amazing full day of adventures exploring Grand Teton NP and Yellowstone NP with Jack and Gina in June. Grizzlies, moose and other wildlife were ample subjects. They supplied lots of local information and they network with others to learn where the bears are at any given time. The adventure - wow, it was fun! The camera knowledge and techniques that were taught were life changing!

Had an amazing morning with Jack and Gina. They are truly expert photographers and guides. We saw many things we wouldn't have noticed on our own and explored corners of the Tetons we may not have otherwise explored. But what I appreciated the most was their passion for conservation and actively protecting the wildlife and offering to educate us on these matters. Also received very helpful advice regarding photography. Will definitely be booking another tour in the future!

If you’re looking for a great way to experience the wildlife of the Greater Yellowstone Area and learn more about these animals and their habitat, these are the people you need to book with! We had a phenomenal time, got some amazing photos, were kept safe, and didn’t have to worry about any of the details! Jack and Gina are very professional, and their communication was outstanding. I was hoping to see my first grizzly bear when I returned to Yellowstone and Grand Teton NP this year so I decided to look for a guide to increase my chances. I’ve been following grizzly 399’s story since last year and stumbled upon Team 399 while looking for people who were familiar with her on Facebook. I looked them up online and seen the great reviews which led me to contacting them. I chatted with them a little bit which led me to hiring them for a half day. We had our tour on October 6 and Team 399 exceeded my expectations. I finally seen my first grizzly named Snow in Yellowstone but also another animal I’ve had on my bucket list, a owl(not one but 2) a long with other animals. Jack and Gina made the whole tour fun and interesting plus educational because they’re both extremely knowledgeable about both parks. They’re also genuinely good people who we felt comfortable with from the start and you could also tell that they love wildlife especially bears. Thanks again Jack and Gina for a day we’ll never forget!

We booked the whole day with Jack & Gina (Team399) and were blown away with the amazing experience we had with them! I received wonderful photography education & experience at the same time as a fabulous tour and education about the park & animals! My non-photographer husband really enjoyed the day with them, as well. They took wonderful care of us and gave us an experience of a lifetime! I couldn’t believe that we saw elk, moose, bison, and even grizzly bear in just one day! Next time, we’ll be booking a multiple day trip with them! Best investment of time and money! Best day of our vacation! (Book with them your first day in the park, so you know where to go on your own on subsequent days!)

Jack and Gina are the BEST! Had them for two half days in July, and so glad we booked them. We had incredible sightings, including Grizzly 610 & 3 cubs for 3 hours! Everything we had on our “wish list” to see was delivered via their keen knowledge of wildlife in GTNP. Delicious coffee and snacks were provided (including GF for my daughter). Gina and Jack are a wealth of knowledge on wildlife, and we learned so much during our time with them. They are truly nice people and they delivered a top notch experience. Highly recommend.
