Working with Team 218 Web Services has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our business. Chuck and Kim don’t just build websites - they take ownership of the entire process and genuinely care about the outcome. We’ve now worked with them on two separate websites, and both times they’ve exceeded expectations in every way. The end products are clean, professional, and exactly what we were hoping for (actually better). What really sets them apart, though, is everything that happens after the site goes live. They are incredibly responsive whenever we need updates, changes, or help with content. Whether it’s loading blog posts, making adjustments, or answering questions, they handle everything quickly and seemlessly. They also do a great job of explaining what they’re working on behind the scenes, which builds a lot of confidence and trust. That said, the biggest compliment I can give is that I don’t feel like I need to understand the technical details. I already know it’s being handled the right way. On top of all that, they’re simply great people. Easy to work with, reliable, and the kind of partners you actually enjoy doing business with. If you’re looking for a web team you can trust long-term, I would highly recommend Team 218.

I was stuck after a developer worked on my website and set things up so I could no longer make edits to it. Chuck Hersey responded to my request for help within a few minutes, made the needed modifications to the site, and also corrected errors that came from updating the theme and plug-ins. Chuck is attentive to detail, extremely responsive, and excellent at communicating throughout the process. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
