I purposefully waited to entertain the thought of replacing my roof after our major hail storm. I did not want to work with the out of town "storm chasing" roofers. When Kyle Pippins from TC Roofing came to our door though, I could immediately tell he was one of the good ones. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly he didn't give me the salesman "pushiness." Throughout the whole experience, Kyle made himself available to answer my many questions. I actually would call Kyle a friend at this point.
From start to finish it was a great experience. TC Roofing hosted a party the day of the build. They had food, gave away prizes, and had games for the kids. A surprisingly fun day. They were very thorough in tarping the yard (including the pool), and took a good amount of time afterwards cleaning up all debris and rogue nails. Build teams was also friendly and professional.
The biggest help was their middle-man help between me and insurance. They walked me through the options of making sure insurance didn't short us what we needed.
Can't wait for the next hail storm lol

I’ve had my roof done twice before, so I’m not new to this process. When I first chose TC Roofing, they were just another roofing company to me, and if I’m being real, I went in with a healthy dose of skepticism. I checked their Google profile and saw a perfect 5-star rating, but sometimes that can make you wonder a little 😄 I needed to experience it for myself before making any judgments.
Now that the job is complete, I can say the experience was a really good one.
I'm a very punctual person and when I first met their sales guy he brought over Kyle Pippins. I told them that I do a lot of meetings and in order for them to meet me they need to schedule my time. I also asked them that when they schedule me to please be on time, whether it's on the phone or in person.
Kyle was always on time, that right there meant that he respected me, and in return, I appreciated him.
He was excellent from the beginning all the way through the final walkthrough. Communication matters to me, and even when we had a few minor hiccups along the way (which happens in just about any project like this), they never disappeared, never got defensive, and continued to walk me through everything. They even worked directly with Allstate on some of the remaining items, which I appreciated.
The crew itself was fantastic too. Easy to talk with, respectful, and just good people. I brought them some water while they worked and we ended up chatting quite a bit, which made the whole experience feel more personal instead of transactional.
At the end of the walkthrough, after I told Kyle I appreciated the experience, he asked if I’d leave them a Google review. That told me something, they’re not afraid to ask because they believe in the work they’re doing. That says a lot. Based on my experience, I’d absolutely send people their way, and with the number of connections I have, that means something.

Matt was excellent and from start to finish he was responsive and kept me informed at all times. He did some roof repairs for me and pointed out stucco issues I didn't notice and arranged to have it repaired as well. In addition, I had a sinking front stoop and he gave me a reasonable quote and had it repaired within a couple of weeks. He gave me more than one repair option when it came to the project and walked me through cheaper alternatives and suggested where I could save some money. He stood by his motto that I didn't pay until I'm satisfied with the work. I will definitely use TC Roofing for future repairs.

Best team ever! Worked with our insurance company until they covered everything! Took a while and they never gave up. So lucky we choose them. I had no idea how much is involved besides replacing the roof. I would give them 10 stars if I could. So professional and detailed. And the final on everything was stellar. I would say they are artisans not roofers!

I highly recommend TC Roofing! Our salesperson, Carter Cook, and the owner, Matt Timcho, helped us every step of the process from working with the insurance company to choosing repairs and even helped us do a couple of extra projects for a reasonable price. They did our roof, replaced some broken windows, repaired siding, replaced gutters, painted our trim and more. Communication was excellent and timely, and the work was delivered on time as promised. Excellent customer service, quality of work and someone you can trust from start to finish. TC Roofing repaired my home twice. Once after damage from a tornado and again after a major hailstorm. They were there throughout the entire process both times and made it stress free for me.

TC Roofing finished my roof yesterday. The crew and supervisors did a magnificent job. I have a contractor friend who raved over how good the finished job looks, and he commented on how hard the crew was working when he was here. Also Matt was able to negotiate a better settlement with the insurance company than I had done. I highly recommend TC Roofing and Restorations.
