Updated Review Aug 2026 (Still Great Company!) I continue to be impressed with TC HVAC. They listen to the customer, diagnose any issues promptly, and have fair pricing. Recommend them for HVAC needs in the Woodbridge area. ‐‐------------------ Since my review about 18 months ago, I had TC HVAC diagnose and repair a condensating furnace issue. The unit was leaking about 2 cups of water a day. This issue had been intermittent for 2 years and another company was not able to diagnose last year. TC HVAC had it diagnosed in about 10 minutes of which 5 minutes was getting setup and removing the cover. It took about a week for the parts to come in and get fixed. So far so good on the repair with no leaks being seen. I'll continue to call TC HVAC for any HVAC issues I have. ‐‐----------------------- Great experience with this company! They were professional, polite, and on time! My AC compressor had stopped working late at night after two power outages. The next morning I called and they got me on the schedule for that day. My issue was diagnosed very quickly and repair was made on the spot. He also checked the other unit while there to ensure both had plenty of freon. It was so nice having a comfortable bedroom/upstairs area that evening. In addition, the technician provided several suggestions on things a homeowner could do to keep units running longer. I recommend giving this company a call next time your AC needs servicing.

I've used TC Services to install a heating system in my townhouse and to install an AC and heating system in my SFH when I moved. Thea is so honest, he's told me when I can do a cheap repair when I couldn't afford a complete new system that other people quoted me. Once I called him and he answered while he was in another COUNTRY and he was still incredibly helpful. He's the best!

Check of HVAC and had leaky water heater replaced. Did get top of line Bradford White based on my research of the brand. Great service, great communication, flexible, reasonable pricing, no pressure or upsale. Will be my go-to for any future needs.

We consulted with TC HVAC on the condtion of an HVAC system in a condomium we purchased for our youngest daughter. They were very prompt, cordial, and helped us understand the system and its likely remaining life while not advocating its immediate replacement, unlike others. As a result, we will condition to use TC HVAC for bi-annual servicing on both that unit and the unit at our home in North Arlington. I'm amending this review to complement TC HVAC for a follow-up visit. We discovered that the HVAC unit in the new condominium was not working and called the company. The owner responded very quickly, arrived, and diagnosed the problem. We were concerned that the aged system had failed and we would need to spend thousands on a new system. He checked the power sources and discovered that, when the unit was painted recently, the painters had not properly re-installed the thermostat. There was a small crimp in one wire that I had missed when I had checked the thermostat earlier. He also gave us a tutorial on how to set and run the complicated NEST thermostat system. He was very patient and thorough and a joy to work with. John and Laurie Seymour

We were having issues with our hot water tank. We called TC when we were displeased with our long time service company. TC assessed the issue and made the necessary adjustments so that it operated safely. The tech was very thorough in explaining the issue and the adjustment that was needed. I will call on them again the next time I need any HVAC services.
