Both receptionist were also nice and polite, you feel welcome since you enter the clinic.

Our orthodontic consultation was booked for 4:00pm. We arrived early, completed all paperwork and x-rays promptly, and then were left waiting well past our appointment time. After being told “just 5 more minutes,” seeing other patients walk in and out, we ended up waiting 50 minutes, only to be informed that the dentist was not close to finishing with the current patient. We were given the choice to reschedule to another day and time. Mind you, they close at 5:30pm and there were other patients waiting. Parking is limited to one hour, which meant we could not continue waiting indefinitely and had to leave. And anyways, rescheduling was not respecting our time. There was no proactive communication and no realistic update provided. This is unacceptable. Patients are expected to respect appointment times and call if running late, the same level of consideration should apply to the clinic.
I would not recommend this clinic.
Professionalism, time management, customer service, and basic respect for patients’ time do not appear to be a priority here.

Unfortunately, on the day, your treating dentist was required to complete an unexpected and more complex procedure for a patient already in the chair. In clinical settings, situations like this can arise, and we must ensure that each patient receives safe and complete care before moving on.
That said, we fully acknowledge that we could have communicated this more clearly and proactively to you. We understand your time is valuable, and we are truly sorry that this was not reflected in your experience.
Your feedback is taken seriously, and we will be reviewing our scheduling and communication processes to ensure this is handled better in the future.

My husband lost both his front teeth since he was a teenager and not wanting any dentist to do the implant. However, I took him to see Dr Nhan Ly for consultation only and he decided to do the implant with Dr Nhan Ly since the Dr was still in Chester Hill. Since then all of his teeth following check up, cleaning and all our other dental needs, he has to come to see TCare Dental. Dr Nhan Ly TCare also did the filling for my fangs with ease and comfort and especially so affordable price. After care services is excellent too, today Dr Dylan Le just fixed the gap and put back the filling was accidentally felt off totally under warranty. Definitely and highly recommend dental services here at TCare as our family are regular customers already, planning to have our kids’ teeth done here soon. Writing this while half of my face still numb from the anaesthetic haha
