IT Support So this is a little more of an unusual review. I am the MD of another IT Company. We had to work together on a mutual client for a period of time. Having been in the IT industry for almost 30 years, some IT businesses don't always 'play nicely' with others. I have to say Matt and his team have been first class. This just goes to prove how much we can achieve when we work together. Matt you could teach lessons in this area. Thank you and I hope we get to work together again in the future. They manage our hardware and software, both for Windows and Apple, IT security and Intune environment. We have operations in the UK and the Pacific, and they support us by working outside the UK working hours when needed support the Palau office.

Matt and his team at TC-IT have managed our IT infrastructure and support for many years and have been instrumental in assisting with our companies growth. As a GB Gambling Commission licensed operator we are required to undertake external audits on our IT and IS policies and infrastructure. We have passed all audits with the help of TC-IT. Our services are open 7am to 10pm seven days a week which requires full IT support coverage for these hours. Matt and his team give us full support over these operational hours, which any of our employees can contact them if they have any issues. I wanted to move from Wix to Wordpress with my two websites but had no idea how to begin to do that. Matt and Gary could not have been more helpful. Not only did they make the switch for me but they also took pains to explain very clearly what was going on and how to handle any problems. They also did a bit of redesigning to make the websites look more up to date. I had a deadline for one of the sites and they took the time to make sure we met the deadline even though they were snowed under with work. They were also pleasant and good company. Strongly recommended.

They are a lot more responsive that our other companies we have used in the past and on the single occasion they were let down by one of their suppliers they owned the issue and dealt with it in a professional and speedy manner without trying to lay extra costs on us.
