The Beacon Home Team is THE BEST. We've known Meg Christian and the rest of the team for years and watched her guide many other people through the experience of buying/selling a home.We just sold for the second time with TBHT, and we couldn't be happier. The team's integrity and long history in the Catonsville area make all the difference, but it is the hands-on management of everything from arranging contractors to watering plants on the deck that make this company special. There is no question or problem too small for TBHT. Our house sold within hours of coming on the market because of the team's management and advice.

We wanted Meg's input on renovations prior to selling and she went through the entire home and reviewed projects that would help in selling the house and houses that we should skip. Meg has a fantastic team of contractors, saving us the time and effort of finding various contractors to complete the recommended renovations plus Meg's connection with them knew we could trust that the work would be done right. Meg's involvement with the contractors made our lives so much easier because she handled the day to day communications with them. This was a true gift because we were planning a wedding and lived 40 minutes away from the house we were selling; Meg's willingness to stop by the house and check on progress was above and beyond what we could have ever expected! Buying or selling a home is always a strenuous and difficult process. I've walked through that process an over 6 times, and can honestly say Karen was one of the best realtors I've worked with. It took a little while to determine the market for the special circumstances related to our home, but even during that process Karen was very communicative, flexible, patient while working with us and genuinely cared about the emotional significance of selling our childhood home. Once we were to finally able to get into the sales process, Karen and The Beacon Home Team took significant effort to make sure we were always aware of progress and delays in the process. They worked to determine resolutions when needed and made every effort to overcome delays from the city, titling, company, etc. Karen and The Beacon Home Team are worth your initial exploratory call. Morgan and the entire Beacon Home Team made our home-buying experience a wonderful one! Morgan met with us virtually before we even started officially looking at homes to get to know us and answer any and all questions we had. Morgan knew what we were looking for pretty quickly, and was constantly in communication about potential tours, scheduling appointments for us pretty much whenever we asked, and was a great source of information about what to look for in a house. Once we were ready to put in an offer, the whole Beacon team came together and made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do at every step of the process during negotiations and after our offer was accepted.
