I'm happy with the service tailored to me. Brad Case does an amazing Job and so does Andee Cirilo. In my opinion they deserve a raise or a bonus of some kind. They are truly an asset to Taylor & Associates. They helped clear up confusion on my tax issues and really were patient with me as well as my Mom with her taxes.
