I booked the taxis needed 2 days in advance and received confirmation details of the booking including driver's name, mobile number and vehicle registration number. The car did not turn up and when I rang the number supplied the driver claimed there was no such booking on his schedule. I then contacted carlisle taxis via WhatsApp to inform them of this and cancel the 2nd booking I had made for the afternoon. Mistakes can happen however this error has significantly impacted on my plans for the day.
