Been renting with taxi rentals for a few years now and what can I say what an amazing company, I honestly would give more than 5 stars if I could. The whole process of enquiring to getting on the road was sooo quick.

Have dealt with Taxi Rentals for 9 months now and can thoroughly recommend their Rent to Buy Taxi scheme. Andrew has been amazing in sorting out any problems, queries or issues I have had. He was particularly helpful when I had an unfortunate accident and needed a new replacement vehicle. Would advise any Taxi driver looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle to seriously consider this option!

This person sent a message via our website requesting a callback. Our software then sends an auto response email back stating that it can take up to two business days for us to make contact, due to high demand. Less than 10 minutes later, this person began to telephone us on repeat in quick succession, over and over. So soon as someone was able to answer, we politely explained that we were engaged with other customers and that someone would call them back shortly, or could they call back some other time. They clearly took offence and left us a 1-star rating.
I dealt with the company for few years after 3 years it was fine as thing were going well but when I have chosen EV vehicle nothing but trouble and the person who is dealing with the company in Cardiff turned very nasty and didn't offer any support but in contras6he was aggressive and didn't even want to listen and told me I'm the only person who is complaining about EV I defaulted in payment so the car is returned few month late the same model disappeared from the city.
So be warn if things going well no problem but if any issues the sweet talk will turn to fight talk no support available

This person had a brand new diesel car from us back in 2017 and after 3 years of happy motoring completed his Rent to Buy contract and took ownership of it.
Around a two years later, he returned to us and chose an EV on our Rent to Buy scheme. As with every customer who chooses an EV, we strongly advise them to do their own research on charging costs & time, etc. before accepting their order, especially if they are going to be reliant on the public infrastructure, as he would have been.
After reviewing and discussing his circumstances with him, we advised him to choose a hybrid because he did not have the provision to charge at home and the public infrastructure in the City that he resided in was still in it's infancy.
Then of his own free will and volition, chose an EV.
Within a matter of months, this person began to complain about the costs of running it. We investigated the customers complaints about the car and once we had concluded our review of the data, we found there was nothing wrong with it. His issue was simply down to the public charging running costs.
The customer decided to give notice and return the car, which is his right to do so. We accepted this customers notice without any fuss. The car was returned and the customer was resolved of further responsibility and free to choose a car elsewhere.
We would like to add that if he had purchased the car direct from a dealer, he would not have had ANY option to return the car, as it was not faulty. Our Rent to Buy scheme protects customers as they have the right to cancel with only 4 weeks notice after the first 88 days - no questions asked.
We have hundreds of other customers with the exact same car model who run their EV using solely public chargers and whom are very happy with their choice.
Sadly this person has chosen this and no doubt other platforms to take out their frustrations on us where we have no control (public charging costs). This person recently changed his 5 star review to 1 star.
