work performance not matching up agreed deal
2 latina came for home cleaning r on time which is what i like most. once upon entering home. i gave list of task like surface wall n door n ceiling, entire bathroom, all windows in all bedrooms n living room. floors mop n vacumn, kitchen cabinet doors n stove front n oven inside glass n countertop. then the older latina seemed at her 20s checked out my home area where i requested n need to be fixed. told me she would not do it cus my home is too much cluttered, need to remove stuff in her work area n if she would come back different time. then i said to her wherever she need more room i would clear n remove stuff n accommodate her. finally she agreed n began cleaning bathrroom first.
older latina need to get permission from customer when need tools like going to reach higher ground like higher window areas. she found a nearby folding chair n trying to use it instead of ladder. luckily i saw that happened n immediately stop her n bring her a ladder. if not she would been stepped on with her shoes without seat cover or just by taking off shoes to not mess up the chair.
younger latina began work on stove. pot containing unfinished meal was moved to kitchen sink from stove countertop. u guessed right pot content got contaminated with every wash off liquid from cloth mopped over countertop wipe. when i knew what was too late to rescue. then she said "sorry".
whoever put no bed cover near windows at least inform me so i can cover it before beggining work. all debris ended up in mattress bed area closer to bedroom windows.
1 kitchen cabinet drawer handle not cleaned. maybe it could be carelessness or whoever knew what going on.
i dont know why latina chose not cleaning doors. maybe aversion or overwhelming work or only she knew answers.
my evaluation is 75% cleaning really done. 25% no work that i paid bad deals.
stay away from this crap [FAKE 5 stars] n find else better service.
