Absolutely one of the best food tours we have experienced! Booking was easy through Angee. A day before and day of reminders of the upcoming tour date and time was very helpful) Initial email after booking explained everything from parking to tour meeting place. On the day of we met Angee inside our meeting place (Old San Luis Bbq). She was very helpful answering all of our question. Great energy and her enthusiasm set the tone for our amazing food tour. Very knowledgeable about history of SLO, restaurants and hotels. Our tour took about 3.5 - 4hours and we didn't walk too far in between places. Must sign up for her tours if you are ever in the SLO area!! She is the best!!

Walking in Yumminess This walking food and drink tour was the highlight of our trip! I really loved all the SLO details Angee gave us.I normally take so many food pictures but this time I devoured most everything so quickly that I didn’t get food pics!! I would totally do this tour again!!!

Great experience! This was a great food tour, the food was fabulous, the portions good sized, and the drinks were yummy! The history that the guide shared with us during the tour made the tour very interesting and added a lot of depth to the whole experience. The hosts at the spots we visited were timely and friendly. This was exactly what a food and drink tour should be like!

Angee was a great host - very knowledgeable about the area, seems to know everyone, and very friendly. The tour was four hours long and we went to at least 5 places (I lost count), so arrive hungry!

Almost top notch. The tour guide (Angie) was very well informed. She did an excellent job. She was very personable and I couldn't have asked for a better guide. I personally thought the price was a bit too expensive. I have been on several food tours throughout the country and the food selection for this one was a little less than stellar. The portions were meager at a few of the places and the management at a couple of the restaurants seemed less than prepared for our group. Overall it was entertaining and I will certainly recommend this company.

I'm still soo full in a good way! We enjoyed our tour tremendously, getting to meet new people and places. We love going on food tours and this one was exceptional. Angie knows her way around SLO and the special spots to visit. From BBQ, to brunch at the unique Granada Bistro, to delectable sweets and tea, to a Bubbles tasting and Peruvian Cummings, you can understand why dinner is not needed tonight 😋. I’m a SLO local and we did the Saturday walking food tour with friends as a part of my birthday month celebration. My favorite foods were the multiple ceviches, the bread pudding and cocktails at the Granada, tea service, and the beer/wine tasting at the BBQ place. Angie (tour guide) chose our walking paths through cute parts of town, kept the group on schedule and was quick with fun stories at each place. She was such a pro!

Had an after the train lunch outside under an umbrella. They happily accommodated our sweet dog. We had 2 trios. I had Mac n cheese with cheddar and jalapeños. A salmon sandwich. A beet salad. All delicious topped off by a local rose. I love to live Provence style in the summer. Rose at lunch. How civilized. My friend had a burger, chicken sando and Mac with pulled pork. No rose. Not manly enough. Will definitely go back.

This was my first food tour experience and I pray that I’ve not been spoiled. Angela was extremely knowledgeable in both the culture and history of the area as well as with the food and different experiences. The events of the day flowed very seamlessly between each other and at no point did I have to wonder when the next thing would start, in fact I was quite surprised, and full, when the tour had reached its end. To whoever reads this, I doubt our experiences and food will be the same, but I would wholeheartedly recommend you put your trust in Angela to deliver to you exactly what a food tour should be.
