We had a very enjoyable experience. Our guide and driver, Greg, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, humourous, patient, and accommodating. He made sure that everything went according to plan and we didn't have to worry about any aspect of the tour. Traci at, Tasmania.com was very efficient with the booking and kept us informed leading up to the tour. We would certainly recommend the excellent service that was provided. We liked the fact that the tour company chose to support small businesses and environmentally sustainable practices.

Travel agents are back! On previous trips I have spent hours and hours making decisions and booking. The trip put together by Traci was flawless. Accommodation just near our key arrival, destination and visiting locations. Transport all booked. Explanations of how to make connections. I loved having Traci "hold my hand" in all this and save me hours and hours of online angst. A huge thank you to Traci. We had a smooth and fulfilling trip.

It made our trip flow without interruption or any disruptions. Although my first time using a travel agent, I was very pleasantly surprised at how smooth the holiday unfolded. How attentive and easy they were to contact and respond to any of my questions. I would definitely use them again even now that I know more of what Tassie has to offer and what I want for my next visit. We seemed to be given all the priority seating on tours and our hotels didn’t disappoint. It was a very special holiday
