I have been using this company for my executive assistant for my start-up. It has been a game-changer. I am able to complete so many tasks to move my company to the next level with their help. My assistant is professional and quick with completing tasks.

great job it takes some patience to get the tasks done right...and I think they can improve on getting all information needed before messaging me so we have less back and fourth also would be nice if they worked weekends. but overall not too bad response time during my hours generally good. i do not think i should be charged time when my instructions are not followed completely correctly. mistakes are inevitable but when you pay for every single minute it can be frustrating

The company is very responsive to needs and I really appreciate that. The VAs we have had so far were a bit mixed: 1 was not performing well but task experts replaced him speedily. We are trying the second one right now, who appears to be a better fit. The customer service at Task Experts is very good. It's been only 3 weeks so far for my company working with them, and we are not sure we have found a good match yet but my customer rep at TaskExpert has been very responsive and helpful in making sure it works out well. I'd say if you are looking for longer task help, which is what our company needs, be prepared to train the VA more than a local one and maybe try a few VAs before getting someone that works well with your company, but I am confident eventually we'll get a well fitting one through task experts .

Summary: I wasted a lot of time trying the service and it didn't save me any time or successfully accomplish any task assigned.
I was excited to delegate some tasks and signed up for a monthly plan. The first assistant assigned to me didn't accomplish anything in the 1st 10 hours (for example, I asked her to get 2-3 quotes for a service and she spent hours making me a spreadsheet of service companies with phone numbers, website, etc - basically the information Google could provide me in a 2-second search but never got me even one quote). The company was very apologetic/agreeable and assigned a new person. The second assistant called professionals in my community pretending to be me and providing fake information. Thankfully, I live in a great community and the other professional reached out to me to let me know someone was fraudulently impersonating me. I canceled the service after this but I'm still getting spam texts and emails from websites the assistant and put my information into.
It's very possible that this company is great for certain niche tasks, but for a personal assistant it was not a good fit.
