I have almost new wool carpet which unfortunately, was the recipient of multiple dark stains. Bill did a great job removing the stains without damaging the carpet and it looks as good as new. I heartily recommend him for restoring your wool rugs.

From the moment I reached out to Bill he was nothing but amazing to deal with. He patiently coached me thru my query over to clean or remove wall-to-wall carpets in our new home. Bill recognized the quality in the carpet and the factors like sun fading he wouldn’t be able to correct. Bill enthusiastically explained the science of his system as he worked and ultimately did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. We were able to sleep in the room the same night and the room smelled absolutely fresh with no strong chemical odors. Bill told me I could reach out to him if I needed any extra touch ups …. Now that’s service!

I highly recommend Bill Soukoreff and Tapestry. My sofa had an old tea stain that I was certain was there forever. Nope. Bill got it out, and made my sofa like new again. He's not only a highly skilled technician, but happy to share his vast knowledge of fabric and appropriate cleaning treatment. I learned a lot. And will certainly be calling him again the next time tea is spilled.

Bill did an excellent job cleaning my white couch — there were a few stains I wasn’t sure would come out, but he was able to remove them completely without damaging the fabric. He took the time to do multiple stain removal treatments and clearly knows what he’s doing. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with.
