Even though they couldn’t clean the outdoor item I was asking about, they took the time to provide detailed instructions on cleaning it myself. I really appreciated this level of customer service and will definitely use this company for other cleaning needs.

We presented Bill with the unenviable task of cleaning a 12 year old cream sectional couch that has seen constant abuse from our dog and daughter, leaving it covered in stains and blotches. Bill went above and beyond to restore the couch, hitting it hard (not physically) and putting in a solid 3 hours of work to get it looking as best as he possible can, beyond what we expected possible. Bill is prompt, on time, courteous/polite, very thorough and considerate of the home he's working in. I would easily recommend Bill if anyone asked for a cleaning service!

Bill was wonderful on every level: understanding when we needed to reschedule, honest about the chances for our roached piece of furniture--for which he refused to charge us--and excellent in the thorough cleaning of our other pieces, which now have a new lease on life. He also was able to recommend an upholsterer (for the aforementioned roached piece). It's clear that Tapestry really cares about its clients and our homes in general. I would 100% recommend this company! I left a quick message about my carpet concerns and got a call back within minutes. He guaranteed that it would at least improve and if he wasnt satisfied, would return to do some touch ups at no extra cost!! Which he didn’t need to do. He got bunny stains out of the carpet! Like magic. Will definitely call him anytime we need our carpets cleaned. And was cheaper than the competition.

Everything from start to finish felt seamless and professional, and the price was fair. He set realistic expectations and was honest with me about what he could and couldn't do in terms of a difficult red stain on a white wool rug, and did an exceptional job of making my upholstered bed frame, couch, ottoman, and throw pillows look brand new. He paid close attention to every detail and went above and beyond to make sure everything was meticulously cleaned and cared for. He even repaired some minor cosmetic damage to my wool rug and it looks better than the day I bought it.
