Five Stars is not enough for Julie at Tao Wellness Med Spa! I booked a 90 minute signature massage after a long four day golf tournament, and it was absolutely game changing. I walked in tired, tight, and sore. I walked out rejuvenated, relaxed, and genuinely recovered. Julie was exceptional from start to finish. Her professionalism, skill, and attention to detail were on another level. She knew exactly how to work through the tension and fatigue, and the entire experience felt tailored and intentional. It was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. If you’re in Tampa and need real recovery, not just relaxation, go see Julie. I’ll be back for sure.

The check-in process was simple and they provided a link to you on your mobile to complete the day before. My appointment was at 9 and got there early and they were opening up at 8:50 to let us in. There wasn’t a wait time and I was able to give my massage therapist instructions on what to focus on. Julie was amazing and knew exactly what to do to relieve all the pressure and strain from my workouts!! Highly recommend if you need a great place to get a massage ! I’ll be back to try the facials soon!

I just had the most amazing facial! I have never experienced a facial like what Tao Wellness offers. She was very educated on the products she used and when I would ask what the benefits were, she explained so I could understand. It has been a few days since my service and my skin is still plump and glowing. I highly recommend booking a facial at TAO Wellness Med Spa.

I am so incredibly thankful for Tao! I have seen Claudia Poulos is a phenomenal practitioner that has been helping me down my journey of skin healing. I have had acne scars for years on my face due to severe cystic acne and Claudia has developed a treatment plan to help me. I’ve spent thousands on chemical peels and microneedling at other med spas but never saw much improvement on my skin. But since completing Subcision with Radiesse and the UltraClear laser my skin has changed in a tremendous manner. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with Claudia and recommend her services and all of Tao to all of my friends/family and anyone that battles textured/scared skin from acne!!!

I have had many facials in the past but Grace does the best facial of anyone I have ever had. I truly fall asleep because I am so relaxed. Her advice on skin care is top notch. She knows what she is selling but is not pushy to make me buy products. If you haven’t booked with her please do so before she fills Up.
