Super happy with Tanzanite Pools! Justin and Shannon explained us very well all the process from the beginning, with a 100% accurate budget and timing as they promised. Communication has been excellent at any moment. Very good quality equipment and experience in the installation made the process smooth and with no issues. I recommend them 100% and no doubt I would hire them for my next pool.
Installing a pool was a massive decision for our family. Something we had wanted to do for a very long time, but we were finally in a position that allowed us to do so. I spent many hours looking into the range of companies and builders, looking into fibreglass, concrete, precast pools and the options to install including the ongoing cost and maintenance. I ended up engaging 5 different companies and had 3 of them come out to site and discuss the services they offered and options for position and process of installation and cost. Tanzanite Pools were outstanding in comparison to the other 4. Tanzanite Pools were strong communicators who were transparent about cost and available options regarding position (we have an easement and counsel access point at the back of the yard). They provided the most competitive price and have saved a lot of money compared to the other providers quotes for the exact same outcome. Their strong family and community values guide their interaction with their clients, and this makes the experience comfortable and smooth. Their workmen-ship was outstanding and even my husband who is in the management level in the construction industry applauded them for their quality and efficiency. My toddler son still speaks about our sales rep Shannon daily and this is a testament to her friendly, honest and caring nature. Shannon made every part of the experience an enjoyable one and the journey felt like a delightful walk in the park. Justin’s experience and expertise made the dig, installation and handover seamless and presented all information in a first-time pool owners’ language. I recommend Tanzanite Pools to anyone who is thinking of installing a pool and if it were possible I would give them 6 out of 5 stars. Just had our 8x4 ‘Retreat’ installed a week ago by Justin and team. We chose to go ahead with Tanzanite Pools without even getting any other quotes or looking at other pool companies because we just felt that Justin’s professionalism, honesty and knowledge made us feel at ease from our first conversation with him. Justin and his team of contractors installed our pool and bond beam within one week of starting the excavation, the whole process was seamless from start to finish. I had about a million questions for Justin and he always answered his phone and responded to text messages promptly no matter the time or day. Justin and his team did the most incredible job with our pool. We had a very small window to install the pool because we had access to our backyard via our neighbours property that they had knocked down. It only took about 3 weeks for Justin to start installing the pool after we signed the contract and the works itself only took about 3 days! We couldn’t believe how quickly he did it. Justin was beyond helpful and his team were all so lovely. We genuinly couldn’t have had a better experience!!! We would highly recommend to anyone considering getting a pool!

It has always been my dream to own a pool, but it was a big decision—one I didn’t want to regret. I spent over a year researching different pool types and builders. I even had multiple companies come out to quote and measure, but something always felt off—until I met Justin from Tanzanite.
From our first meeting, I felt completely at ease. It was like chatting with a friend. More importantly, I felt I could trust him—and that meant everything to me. Justin took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave me confidence that I would love the end result.
Throughout the entire process, I was blown away by the professionalism and workmanship of the entire team. The site was always left clean, and I’ve honestly never seen such hard-working individuals. Within just one week, the pool was installed, filled with water, and had a concrete beam around it. We were swimming in it in no time!
I have zero regrets about my decision, and I’ve since recommended Tanzanite to many of my friends. The aftercare and follow-up support have also been exceptional. If I ever move house, I wouldn’t hesitate to choose Tanzanite again as my preferred pool builder.

I spoke to so many companies prior to deciding whom to proceed with. I confidently chose Tanzanite pools and i couldn’t be more than happy with my choice. The whole team have been amazing, Shannon for her care and patience answering any question i had through to Justin and Steve with their constant visits to ensure everything was going well. Highly recommend the landscapers they suggested ( Clemray landscapers), the boys worked hard and their work to a very high standard.

Justin and Steve at Tanzanite pools were exceptional, from initial scope to the final installation of our pool project in 2025. Justin showed us several other pools through contacts of previous installs which provided us excellent ideas on not only pool size and design but also landscaping. The process was simple from start to finish and once pool arrived, the entire project from excavation to completion (including landscaping) was completed in just 4 weeks. We looked at concrete pools (too many potential future issues) and other suppliers but Tanzanite were responsive, easy to deal with, answered all of my wobbly questions, day and night, pre and post project, and went above and beyond to ensure our family were well informed and equipped to undertake this install. The most beneficial part of this process with Tanzanite is their collaborative array of contractors and trades who work regularly on their projects including landscaping, plumbing, electrical, cranes and excavation. Nothing worse than having to manage multiple trades for a project who work independently but Tanzanite work with quality contractors who work together to manage their time and works collaboratively which is a huge help! , The result is amazing and we couldn’t be happier! Excellent business to deal with!

Justin and the team at Tanzanite were amazing, from start through to completion. Pool was swimmable within a week from commencement of the works, and it was such a pleasurable and fun experience. Kiddies had the day off school on the day of installation, excavators digging the hole, followed by the craning in of the pool over the garage. All of the staff were super friendly, cracking jokes and lots of laughs on the day. Crane driver even let the kids drive and control the crane once the tricky business had been completed.
Fabulous price and awesome outcome that we are extremely happy with. Based on our experience, couldn't recommend Tanzanite pools highly enough. Justin has continued to be in touch with the extension of our building permit due to delay in special order pavers. If you are thinking of sinking a pool, can't go past Tanzanite. We had many quotes, and Tanzanite had the product we were after at a competitive price. Thanks again Justin and team, timing was perfect with the long summer, you have added the best addition to our backyard, so much fun that both kids and parents are enjoying still now in May with the heat pump that gets the pool to a warm 30 degrees within a day. Can't wait to complete the landscaping and get our fountain going. Spa Jets and lights complete the job perfectly!! Love your work Tanzanite Pools, thankyou Justin, it's been a pleasure :)
