Thanks to Bruno and Asta for being outstanding guides on our first Tanguito trip to Japan. Each city was a different and unique experience. Your classes were a highlight, and I was positively surprised at the high level of the leaders at the milongas. All in all a great experience with a lovely and diverse group of people.
Just returned from an incredible 13 day adventure in Japan! Based partly in Tokyo and Kyoto with an additional evening in Hakone.
Each day in Tokyo started with an excellent hour Tango workshop provided by Bruno. These workshops reignited my love of Tango after many years.
After each hour workout, off we would journey to the many Shrines and Temples under an hour's journey from Tokyo.
One very memorable evening was the journey to the Tokyo Bay teleport. An engineering masterpiece that opened 30 years ago.
Kyoto is all that you would expect of Japan and did not disappoint, from the lush gardens to the hilltop views. I especially enjoyed the Osen in the hotel. It felt like a "spa day" every evening after a very busy day.
In Hakone we stayed one night in a traditional Inn - it was truly the highlight of the trip. From the simple exquisite room, to the Osen and banquets (included in the package) a memory you will not forget.
Despite only seeing Mt. Fuji on our journey down to KOYTO, the day spent on Lake Ashi and travelling up to Fiji was incredible.
Well organised, lovely people and time well spent!

Japango holiday, a fast pace intensive cultural experience ... with a touch of tango. Organised by two beloved caring people .. Bruno with his passion to share, and Asta always reassuring keeping us safe. Temples, shrines, parks, museums, markets, trains, trams, cable cars, shopping, food, wine, onsens, tango of course .. keeping up can be a challenge! Japan is beautiful, clean, organised and a good example for other countries. Thank you both for a wonderful experience! It's been a great pleasure to be part of the adventure.
Had an amazing beginners lesson with Bruno and enjoyed it a lot. Bruno is patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. We started with a very interesting overview of the history of Argentinian Tango and then moved to learning and practicing basic steps. We are now addicted and will definitely come back for more!

Bruno is an excellent Argentine Tango teacher - I've been doing lessons with him for about a year and really enjoy them - I really like that he puts lots of focus on technique but there is still plenty of dancing practice time.

Bruno and his team are very warm and welcoming which makes a huge difference to how relaxed I feel in their classes and milongas. The way they teach is very clear and concise and gives a great understanding of what is needed. The people who attend their classes and socials are also v friendly. Love that there is a v good teacher for the follow as well as the lead, something that is often missing in various dance genres.
Would highly recommend.

Once upon a time....well November 2025....I joined a merry band of tangueros from the UK, Europe, North America and Oceania on a trip to Buenos Aires, the undisputed home of Tango. Organised by Mega Maestro Bruno of Tanguito, assisted by fellow Angelito Cate, we couldn't have been in better hands. Both frequent flyers to Buenos Aires, they were the perfect hosts and guides, their insider knowledge and vast experience of the vibrant Tango scene there impressive and reassuring. Bruno, a kind of honorary Porteno, is so well connected, respected and informed that we were shown the very best the city has to offer. MUY BIEN!
Installed in a well-located, comfortable hotel, our daily schedule involved dance classes by day and dancehalls by night. What a privilege to be taught by renowned and inspiring maestros (Bruno among them) - an experience enhanced by being partnered and coached by the talented (and patient) taxi dancers. All this accelerated our learning. In class we tasted the passion and melancholy of Tango, the joy and exhilaration of Vals, and the playful earthiness of Milonga. PURE MAGIC!
Every evening Bruno and Cate led us to one great milonga/dancehall after another, each with their own style, vibe and clientele (aged 18-80); from the elegant and traditional to the relaxed and casual. So we slinked and strutted at El Beso, Marabu, Gricel, Muy Martes, Avenida Tango, Villa Malcolm, El Zorzal and La Viruta. My faves were Gricel, Muy Martes at La Paz Arriba and El Vermu at El Zorzal. What a treat to watch, learn, admire and enjoy the very best Tango dancing I'd ever seen up close - as well as the abundance of smart pinstripes and glam tango heels. PURE PLEASURE!
Embracing a diet of medialunas, steak, empanadas, helado and Malbec, we let Bruno and Cate satisfy our appetite for some historic sights too - the buzzy San Telmo market, the fun, crazy La Boca, and a lovely boat trip on the waterways of the Tigre Delta. But all too soon it was time to leave sexy, vibrant Buenos Aires. Our merry band disbanded and, exhausted but happy, went forth to spread the word and savour their TOP TANGO TRIP! And they all danced happily ever after.....

My tango trip to Buenos Aires with Tanguito was an unforgettable immersion into the city’s rhythm, passion, and culture. From great classes with incredible Maestros (including Bruno!) to lively milongas in historical venues (Marabu, El Beso, Grisel etc), every moment felt magical, filled with the soul and history of Buenos Aires and tango. Highlights included exploring historic neighbourhoods, visiting San Telmo market, enjoying incredible food (lots of HUGE steaks!), and a beautiful day trip to Tigre with its serene waterways.
A very special thank you to our amazing organizer Bruno, whose deep knowledge of the city and the tango scene made the experience truly exceptional. He showed us hidden gems we would never have found on our own—from authentic local milongas to fascinating cultural spots—and his insights brought Buenos Aires to life in a very personal way, with his signature sense of humour, making every discovery even more memorable!
Special kudos to the great team of our taxi dancers – our skilful and patient dance companions, during the classes and the milongas as well, their support and feedback was invaluable indeed!

I travelled with Bruno to Buenos Aires and I had an amazing time - good workshops with great teachers , I felt like dancers of any level could have gotten something from these workshops. The taxi dancers were all very good and provided tailored feedback which I found very valuable.
I enjoyed the touristy bits the trip incorporated as well and especially the Trip to Tigre.
