This school is where it's at! With dynamic instruction, Sifu Garrett will get you fit while you learn how to defend yourself. He is a patient and caring instructor, always pushing you to be your best and celebrating the wins along the way.
Sifu Och Wing Chun is practiced here and a quick Google search will show you that it is a violent and practical martial art. If you want to learn how to protect yourself and those you love, this is the school for you.

This style of martial arts is taught by a Black Sash(highest), Kung fu Master:
Sifu Brumfield.
Men and women participate in this art form as his devoted students.
Doors open at 5 PM, with instruction by the Master.
Be forewarned, Itโs not playtime in the dojo.
The Master, his disciples, and students, take his training sessions very seriously.
Group or private lessons are available .
The training was easy to understand, challenging and fun. Definitely look forward to the next session. Great people! Master shifu is a great trainer and very knowledgeable.

Currently taking family classes and Sifu Garret is an amazing instructor. We learned so much in just the first class under his instruction. He teaches at a quicker pace while still making it easy to understand, allowing us to get the most out of each class. If your looking for a place and instructor thats truly effective and worth your time, youโve found it.
I have been in the Tampa area for less than a month and I was looking for a place to learn self defense and I came across, Tampa Wing Chun. Sifu Garret and the current students have blown my mind. Every one there has welcomed me and have been very helpful in my development of Wing Chun. I have found that anyone young and old, can learn this wonderful form. I highly recommend trying out and give Wing Chun a try. Iโm 50 years old and in one hour I have learned so much than I have ever learned in a very long time. Thanks Sifu Garret for opening up the world of Wing Chun. Awesome place to be a part of.
From the moment I walk in I felt at home everyone was very kind and welcoming and Sifu was very helpful and allowed me to find my own pace very good instruction.

Had my first trial class of this wonderfully patient and caring facility, to learn Wing Chun from. Class was 90 minutes in length and I immediately felt like part of the family.
Fellow students were easy going and more than happy to assist. The head instructor was highly personable and had a great balance between encouragement, pacing, and attentiveness. I'd highly recommend this training center without hesitation.

Today was amazing. Thank you for allowing me to join class today. I had brought in a friend with me and we both enjoyed our time. Very informative very hands-on, And take pride in his craft.
