Jim Warmington is an amazing and very smart instructor! I learned so much in his class- both about real estate and so much history! Jim’s fundamental and concepts makes it easy to understand. Grace was very entertaining and full of energy- daily!!! She kept the class moving during the breaks - thank you Grace for the daily doses of the delicious Cuban espresso!!!

If you're looking for a real estate school, I highly recommend this one! I took the weekend classes, and honestly, when I first saw the textbook, I wanted to give up right away. There was just so much information to learn. By the second weekend, I kept thinking, "How am I going to pass the exam when I only have one more week to understand everything?" But thanks to the excellent instruction and support, I not only passed the exam, but I also earned a great score! Jim and Grace are the best. They made the material much easier to understand and kept us motivated throughout the course. Thank you both for helping me succeed!
