I had a gaming/Al PC built here a few months ago after a disastrous experience with CyberPowerPC and I wish I had just gone to PCG in the first place. I'll never make the mistake again.
There are two big things that stand out in my mind from my experience with PCG that make me think of them in a positive light.
1. When I brought my parts in (from Amazon) that I wanted them to assemble, one of their employees went through my parts piece by piece to determine if everything was going to work well together. Fortunately I had chosen wisely so everything was good, but it gave me peace of mind knowing that someone else had checked my parts to look for any issues.
2. When I picked up my PC, one of the employees plugged my PC in and showed me that it was working properly and directed me to the relevant programs to control things like fan speed or RGB color. This gave me peace of mind knowing that my PC would actually boot before bringing it home. I previously received a PC that wouldn't boot from CyberPowerPC so this was especially nice.
Bottom line: I spent hundreds of dollars and months of time to deal with a failed build/return involving CyberPowerPC. After that, I brought my own picked out parts to PCG and had them assemble it in a few days. It's been working without issue ever since and I was able to get better parts for the same amount of money. If you're thinking of buying a pre build that will have to be shipped from out of state, DON'T DO IT, buy your own parts using Pcpartpicker and bring it to PCG instead. If you're not sure what to buy, they will help you pick out the right parts. They have options in stock.
Very pleased with the experience which is why I'm writing this review. Thank you PCG.

This is truly the best place to come and learn about computers. They will walk you through, explain and break it down for you to better understand the terminology. Jack, Kat, and Tom are great employees whom feel like friends when there! They are very welcoming and I've been a PCG customer for about 8 or 9 years now! Brett, you can trust them lol!
