Home defects inspection is a crucial steps that needed to be taken prior to provide findings and defects to developers. Saya nak kongsikan pengalaman menggunakan servis home inspection Taj Tasneem untuk rumah baharu saya di Johor.
Pada awalnya, memang saya cari best home inspector di Malaysia sebab banyak sangat isu defect yang saya sendiri tak pasti macam mana nak handle. Alhamdulillah, saya jumpa Taj Tasneem, dikendalikan oleh En. Firdaus yang memang sangat berpengalaman dalam bidang pemeriksaan kecacatan rumah dan tuntutan saman pemaju di mahkamah.
Laporan yang diberikan sangat detail, professional dan yang paling penting report Taj Tasneem memang sah dan boleh digunakan untuk tujuan tribunal perumahan (Tribunal Tuntutan Pembeli Rumah). Ini sangat membantu dalam kes saya.
Selepas melalui pelbagai proses dan cabaran dengan pihak pemaju, dengan bantuan teknikal dan guidance daripada Taj Tasneem, akhirnya saya berjaya membuat tuntutan di tribunal dan dianugerahkan pampasan sebanyak RM22,179.00. Tanpa report dan sokongan yang betul, memang susah nak capai tahap ini.
Memang dari segi harga, Taj Tasneem mungkin bukan yang paling murah malah boleh dikatakan yang paling tinggi di Malaysia. This is the most critical part. If you want the developer to stop giving excuses and actually start the rectification work, you must go for the Gold Package. With this package, Encik Firdaus does more than just inspect; he acts as a professional intermediary.
He helps draft formal, high-impact emails to the developer using the right technical and legal language. In my experience, my personal message regarding delays were often ignored. However, once the professional emails from the Gold Package were sent, the developer’s attitude changed immediately. Engaged them for a defect check at my new condo in Puchong and they did a great job. Inspectors were Asnawi and Akmal, they were very thorough and gave clear explanations. They were very punctual too. Incredibly smooth experience and they also helped to churn out the report well ahead of the agreed period due to my request since I am not stationed locally. Highly recommended!
